He turned this negative situation into a positive one, and trained to become a Samaritan, meaning his time in prison was spent helping other inmates who were contemplating, and had even attempting suicide in custody.
Ryan left custody with £175,000 of debt, but has gone on to build a multi-million pound portfolio, turning over £1/2 million pounds in the last 12 months.

Multiple guests were trapped in the building after the power went off, the fire curtains came down, and the building was flooded.

Ryan shares wisdom, by discussing some of his past deal, that were initially declined by the owner or vendor, who said NO.
However, after weeks, months, and sometimes even a year, they have come back, and not only said yes, but have also offered better terms. This is simply down to people's circumstances changing, and right now as we enter into a recession, many old deals that said no, are returning and now saying yes.

41k people saw this advert, hundreds commented, 1 replied with a death threat, and the media decided to run a story on this FB advert.
Ryan compares this death threat to actually receiving real death threats from nearly a decade ago, when he spent some time in prison for a crime committed by a lifelong friend, and received real death threats from a convicted murderer.
