"It’s never your body, it’s always the clothes. "
Trish’s life was the picture of success: Working in fashion (the dream), styling celebs like Ariana Grande, and living that coveted L.A. life. Her hidden internal struggle? She had ZERO confidence, hid her body behind clothes, was so uncomfortable with any kind of attention, and was terrified of posting on social media or using video because “who would care what she had to say?” She was her harshest critic! To gain visibility and build a business, Trish knew things needed to change. The key: Mindset and body image work, using style as a tool. In telling her story, Trish delivers inspiration, hope, and clear takeaways that we can apply to our mindset today.
