So, as part of the LLC I need to take meeting minutes as if I am a huge company. Well... I'm not. In fact I'm ONE person and so I'd just be talking to myself. However it's apparently an important thing to do because if you're not acting like an LLC and you're acting like a sole proprietor, then if a problem arises the courts could "pierce the corporate veil" and sue me personally instead of the record label... which is the whole purpose of the label! But anyways, I talk about what happened this week and what I'm planning on doing the next few weeks.
