We're back! I had a short hiatus due to vacation and promising the lady I would chill for a few days :) Today I talk about how to constantly grow and what you need to do to push yourself to the next level.
I know there are a few people that say you shouldn't. But I definitely don't agree in most cases, I think following your passion will lead to a fuller and happier life. Here is how I did it.

I said 15min but I'm a dumb dumb, its 25min working, 5min break. Then a longer one after a few rounds. oops!
