Democracy is a government of the people, by the people and for the people. All over the world people sit back and wait for the government to do everything. They blame the government when things don't happen the way they want. There is another effective way of looking at governments in a democratic society. Instead of waiting for the government to start initiatives, the citizens who employ the government by their votes assumes all responsibilities of government and start their own initiatives, share their ideas with their friends and neighbors and stop waiting for the "Government" because the citizen is the boss.

  • Liberia is a big lie: Liberia was conceived and delivered not as the "land of liberty" because the intention of all the founding fathers of Liberia (A group of white slaveholders who never freed their slaves) was to enslave and dominate people of color in the United States and dominate and oppress free African Americans and mixed race American Settlers and indigenous African Tribes in what became Liberia.
  • Elias B. Caldwell, for whom Caldwell was named, was a white male, Clerk US Supreme Court & Secretary of the American Colonization Society. He said: “The more you improve the condition of these people, the more you cultivate their minds, the more miserable you make them in their present state. You give them a higher relish for those privileges which they can never attain, and turn what we intend for a blessing into a curse.”
  • The name Liberia did not originate from within the community of people of color for whom Liberia was created. Brutal slaveholders gave Liberia its name not for the good of Liberians but for personal aggrandizement and protection of their personal property-slaves.
  • The 2nd annual report of the ACS was blaunt: “...as is most confidently believed, the colonization of the free people of colour, will render the slave who remains in America more obedient, more faithful, more honest, and, consequently, more useful to his master, is it proper to regard this happy consequence to both, as the sole object which the Society hope to attain…
  • 12 Presidents of the United States owned slaves. Two American Presidents were among the slaveholding founding fathers of Liberia, President James Monroe and President Andrew Jackson. After removing African Americans to Liberia, Congress passed a law, The Indian Removal Act that also expelled and banished Native Americans to make room for European Settlers. President Andrew Jackson described the operation in his own words:"By persuasion and force they (Native Americans) have been made to retire from river to river and from mountain to mountain, until some of the tribes have become extinct and others have left but remnants to preserve for a while their once terrible names. Surrounded by the whites with their arts of civilization, which by destroying the resources of the savage doom him to weakness and decay." President Andrew Jackson, a member of the American Colonization.

"United we stand, divided we fall." For centuries, racism has been tearing America apart. From slavery to Black Codes and Jim Crow, racial segregation by Christians, US Government officials and ordinary Americans have dehumanized, denigrated, colonized and banished Native Americans and African Americans. Their memories have been erased from history books. The American Racism Atonement Initiative aims to restore peaceful-co-existence and love. First, there needs to be public confession, repentance, reasonable restitution and reconciliation of the races. Please join us!

Goals:

  1. Waiver of all application fees for Liberian beneficiaries of the Liberian Refugee Fairness Act

  2. A Congressional inquiry into the illegal racial colonization of free people of color by Congress and the American Colonization Society (ACS)

  3. Congressional inquiry into the 190 discrimination against Liberians denied visa as they attempted to join families in the USA. Other nationals were granted visa but all Liberians were denied based on a classified cabe from Washington, D.C.

  4. Congressional inquiry into Operation Shining Express ordered by President Bush on June 12, 2003. US Marines rescued Americans from Liberia but Liberian mothers who accompanied their children were promised Temporary Protection but the were denied work permits for decades, without justifications, thus endangering their American born children.

  5. Admission of Liberians to the United States Visa Waivers Program that admits 22 million citizens from 38 countries with no ties to America.

Centuries before South Africa perfected the racist Apartheid system, high ranking US Government officials and white slaveholders, including President James Monroe, President Andrew Jackson, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, Bushrod Washington, Speaker of Congress, Henry Clay plotted to remove and colonize all free color people in America in order to prevent slave revolt and strengthen the institution of slavery. They created the American Colonization Society (ACS) to remove and colonize the color population of the United States. The 2nd annual report of the ACS was blunt: “...as is most confidently believed, the colonization of the free people of colour, will render the slave who remains in America more obedient, more faithful, more honest, and, consequently, more useful to his master, is it proper to regard this happy consequence to both, as the sole object which the Society hope to attain…

These whit men used their position to appropriate $100,000.00 from Congress and authorize the US Navy to help create the colony of Liberia.United States On January 31, 1820, a group of 88 free African Americans boarded a ship, Elizabeth at New York Harbor and set sail to West Africa. 75% of the settlers died of Malaria. In Africa the free Blacks were governed by white leaders. Throughout its history, racial discrimination against Liberians by the United States Government, American missionaries and Liberian government officials continue. Liberia has the highest visa refusal rates in West Africa. Liberian refugees of the 1989 Civil war were welcomed in Australia, Denmark and Canada. Liberian refugees were denied work permits for decades but Trump signed the Liberian Refugee Fairness Act on Dec 20, 2019, giving green cards to Liberians. We are fighting for the green card application fees for Liberians to be waived. All refugees entering America are not required to pay green card application fees. Please join us. Write your member of Congress to join the humanitarian campaign. Thanks. Rev. Krua
