Things get worse for Cyberpunk 2077 and CD Projekt Red. In the middle of the night for a lot of people, Sony removed the game from the PlayStation Store, which means it can't be bought on ANY console. I can only react in shock that it's come to this point. This hasn't happened to any game of this size before.
We're done with Cyberpunk 2077 talk (maybe) but CD Projekt Red has shot themselves in the foot again. And this time, China seems to be involved.
Apparently Cyberpunk 2077 performs so embarrassingly that people are wondering if it should've been made for base PS4 and Xbox One at all. Well, that's an easy answer: Of course it should have!
The Cyberpunk 2077 debacle continues, and after a CD Projekt Red board meeting, we learn why the executives made the decisions they made but nothing equated to an apology. But it's too late for an apology regardless. What needs to be seen is actual change. And CDPR isn't prepared to give that.
Cyberpunk 2077 launched and then came the onslaught of stories surrounding the game, mostly bad. Sleazy tactics, deception, and lots of apologetic fans. CD Projekt RED should not be considered a good company after what they tried to pull.

Nintendo abruptly cancels a Splatoon 2 tournament stream. We don't have a direct reason but people suspect it's because many Splatoon 2 participants had various forms of support for #FreeMelee in their names. But that wasn't a moment of triumph because of flipping off the bigger guy. It's time to shift strategies because Nintendo is laughing at the supporters at this point.
