Every Nation Christian Church Southside is a member of the Every Nation worldwide family of churches and ministries. We exist to honor God by establishing Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches and campus ministries in every nation.
We begin our new series with Luti Richards sharing on the book of Daniel and in particular on chapter 1. The sermon is titled 'The Undefiled'.

27/06/21 - We conclude our 'Salt and Light' series with guest speaker Ps. Ken from Connect Co sharing from Isaiah 58 and what the Kingdom of God looks like through His children. God's kingdom is connected to the heart of Christ and the motive of why we do what we do is rooted in His grace and love. Let's continue to 'Salt and Light' to those around us.
20.06.21 - We continue our 'Salt and Light' series with Ps. Taulu sharing from Isaiah 3:1-4 and how God used Isaiah to tell His people what would happen due to their lack of dependence in their God. Just as Isaiah spoke to God's people then, it is a reminder for us today how easy it is that we can easily depend on ourselves, people, things or anything else other than God. What is God saying to us right now?
13.06.21 - We begin a new series called ‘Salt and Light’. With reference to Matthew 5:13-16, Ps Taulu discusses the importance of being salt and light in this generation. He continues in the book of Isaiah shedding context of God’s word to His people, the Israelites and how God’s message to the Israelites back then still applies to us now in Southside. It is a great reminder for us as God’s children to personally reflect and ask ourselves questions in regards to our heart towards God and our obedience unto Him.

We begin our new series titled 'Multi-player'. This term is a gaming term which refers to when you play a game on a computer or a video console (e.g PS4) and it involves more than one player. In regards to King Saul and David we can see the difficulties in their relationship. In order to be a multi-player in life (the old and young generation working together) we need to be willing to serve one another, learn from each other and know when to pass the baton on. Be a multi-player in the kingdom.

Hi fam!
This week we read about King Hezekiah. A man who trusted in and obeyed God as he destroyed every high place of pagan worship in Judah and removed false gods. As a result he prospered. Overtime we begin to see how pride seeps in. For us as leaders, it is so easy to fall into the trap of pride when we forget who He is, what he has done for us and who Jesus has called us to connect/point them/reach out and pour in to. Some questions to reflect on after listening to the message. 1. What are the areas in your life where PRIDE is dwelling in? 2. Who are you pouring into in the next generation?
This week Ps Taulu speaks on the rule and reign of King Jehu who was the King of Israel after King Jehoram. As we continue to delve into the history of these kings, we begin to see a common pattern or thread in which they started off well but didn't finish strong. Jehu, despite obeying God and getting rid of Baal idols and worshippers (influenced by nations outside of Israel and Judah), did not turn away from the worship of golden calves (created by the Jews). One decision can affect and create the culture of the next generation. This message is a challenge for us to examine ourselves and to see if we are holding any "golden calves" in our hearts.
We continue our sermon series 'Kings of Old' with Rowena sharing on the life of King Asa (2 Chronicles 14-16). At the beginning of his reign, he was known as a man who did what was good and right in the eyes of the Lord his God. Towards the end of his reign something shifted in the decisions he made, which would ultimately affect the state of Judah. As we listen to this timely message, this quote is a reminder for us in our walk with God.
'IT'S NOT HOW YOU START BUT HOW YOU FINISH!'
We kick off our new sermon series 'Kings of Old' as we revisit the history of the time when Israel first desired for a King to rule over them. Ps. Taulu explores the reasons influencing them and the consequences thereafter. This moment in history is a life lesson we can learn from and be reminded of who is our real KING and who we can put our trust in. Be encouraged.

We begin our two weeks sermon series titled, Urban Legend.
Urban Legend is a modern myth. It is a perceived reality, in which a person insists that the story being told is true, without evidence to back it up. An example of it was BIGFOOT.
Pastor Taulu explores another Urban Legend; a common worldwide belief that there are many ways to God. He shares in this podcast message a biblical perspective on this concept.
We begin our new two part series called 'Manifest' with Rowena sharing on Ezekiel 47. The river in Ezekiel's vision that flows out of the temple is the river that flows out of us (God's dwelling place) and it is not about us but about other people. This life giving water that we carry and His vision for our life is about God giving life to the people around you that will last for generations to come.

How can I be a temple for others?
- Write names of 3 people you see on a regular basis.
- Commit to praying daily for their salvation.
- Follow the Holy Spirit's lead on how you can be a temple for them.
We conclude our two part series with a timely and powerful message from Leo. God wants to reach Manukau City and He has chosen us (Every Nation Southside) to help reach not only this city but the nations abroad. He will use anyone who is willing to be used but the question is will we have the heart to preach the gospel of Jesus (that saved us) to our family and friends we are surrounded by? Be encouraged.

This last sermon wraps up our ten week series which focusses on The Commandments. God ends his commandments with this one, "Do Not Covet." Other commandments forbid certain actions but, the tenth focuses on the state of our hearts and minds and, prohibits leading to things such as theft. Jesus is the only One who can satisfy our desires.

The world we live in has been redefining marriage in so many ways. Media tends to advertise physical attraction as the most important aspect. No matter what society says about marriage and relationships, our standard should be based on God’s Word. Healthy and loving relationships are achieved only in the way God designed them and sin destroys the real joy we can experience in God’s plan for our lives.

For most, stealing is taking another person’s property without permission. However stealing can go deeper for example, being late for work (stealing time employers pay for), plagiarism (stealing another person’s idea), stealing someones reputation even not tithing. God gave the eighth commandment to protect us in more ways than just our personal property.
