Nate and Dan give their thoughts ahead of the CAA Women's Basketball Championship that will be hosted in the DAC this weekend. Led by Hannah and Keishana, the defending champion Dragons walk in with six seniors and a number one seed as they set out to go back to back.
The guys also talk about the all tourney teams, and drop some hints around the men's programs offseason.
It's tourney time at the DAC!
Nate, Dan and Eric talk about end of season awards and the tourney to be. Does it get better than a first round rivalry game with the conferences big dog on deck for round two?
The guys preview the entire bracket and pick a winner next - actually each guy picked a different winner.
They then pivot over to talk about the Drexel Women's Basketball team that clinched the regular season title on Thursday night and looks to complete an undefeated season on the road today. Undefeated in true road games but lost to teams at home? Yeah, that comes up as well.
One thing is for sure this weekend. It's a great day to be a Dragon!

Drexel men go 2-2 over the past eight days

Then, at @39:34 the gang is joined by Long Island based sportswriter and Hofstra alum, Jerry Beach, who talks Hofstra, Stony Brook and who he thinks the top dogs in the CAA are as the season hits the stretch run.

Then, Nate, Dan and Eric pivot to yet another 3-1 weekend for Drexel basketball, featuring a number of highs, and a really tough low.
It was homecoming weekend on campus and it began in dominating fashion for the men and women's team both.
And that stopped abruptly. Nate, Dan and Eric go over the week that was, and what it means for a VERY important week to come for both squads.
Next week: Sportswriter and guy we really like Brian Mull joins us to go around the CAA as we hit the halfway point in conference play
Former NU manager Mike Brodsky and former DAC Pack President Anthony D'Angelo join Nate and Dan to try to figure out all the angles on realignment. Who comes and who goes? A very fun and enlightening discussion ensures, ending with predictions - of mayhem?
PLUS: Two minutes on why we have it better (we should do this every episode!) and a rundown on why we're not going to talk long about whether or not there was a travel in the women's game Tuesday night. Two teams entered undefeated, only one left that way.

We review the Top 3 Players on the Roster in 2019-20 Season and mostly agree on them but debate whether the Second Best Player in 2019-20 should remain in that spot for 2020-21. Also we have some feelings about FloSports.

We are back after over a month to discuss what we all consider to be a successful about the season, a season with its fair share of adversity highs and lows and going into the tournament with no expectations. We'd like a Monday game but that would be icing on the season, lets go Dragons!

Leading up to the half way point game against SUCKS we discuss what we liked and didn't like in the last few games before we answer tough questions like ...
Can we shake this injury bug? Will we able to finish the second half as strong as our .500 start? Will Coach Spiker use timeouts in the first half? Has the DAC been taken back? Who needs to step up for us to finish strong? Will Hofstra get an at large bid if they pull a Drexel circa 2011-12? And most important of all, when do you storm?
Post game thoughts after a loss against William & Mary where we discuss the CAA opponents thus far and what we need to do with our defense to get back into the swing of things and how realistic that goal is. We also debate whether Alihan is/could be a top 5 Drexel Big Man and wish on our lucky stars that the next game sees Troy Harper back.
We also have a special guest join Marshall at the end to preview the College of Charleston game, from the CofC podcast Holy City Hoops, Tommy Glasgow.
Post game thoughts after losing a “home” game against Temple at the Palestra where we struggle to make sense of the turnover problem, scoring droughts and missed opportunities. We also take solace in that none of our players dunked on their own basket and look ahead to our first CAA Matchup.
We hope this holiday season finds all of you and yours merry and well. A Very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us!
