Episode 168: GOOD NIGHT BRIGHT KNIGHT The boys discuss the loss of the one true Batman, Adam West. Poor Rafael was pretty broken up about it, and the Cat, the Cat is just broken and doesn't feel much. The duo discuss the aches and pains of getting old, which means it might be time for them to retire to the old podcasters home. Another WTF in fashion this week, it's becoming a thing. Women, (or even men, we ain't judging) can now have the joy of wearing a one piece bikini with the look of a hairy chested dude. Raf might be opposed to a Bromper, but he was quite confused, yet interested in this bikini. An 80s trivia quiz is more frustrating by the fact that Raf has not seen the majority of the movies since he's still catching up on 70s movies he's never seen. Time to catch up Rafael!

Reunited after another break, the boys return to the microphones. Raf has returned from a weekend stay in the big house and the Cat has had a stay of execution, so he remains in California. Another outstanding fashion hits the mainstream, so of course Raf wants a manly Romper. Nothing like a German in an adult onesie! Kitteh once again questions humanity for their clothing choices, and seems to be quite hateful this week. WANHTPY finishes up the round of Explain a Film Plot Badly from the previous episode when it gets personal and someone is accused of loving Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 like it's a bad thing. Which it could be.

Don’t you just fucking hate telling people you started a diet or a weightloss plan of some sort. What you’re telling them is, “I’m making a change to better myself.” What they hear is, “You clearly want advice about how your diet and exercise plan is wrong.” And it’s usually people fatter than you telling you that you won’t lose weight.

I know there’s a shitload of exercise plans out there, but the truth is all you need is those three exercises and go for a walk every couple of days. Don’t eat like a pig and don’t drink more than you have to and you’ll be fine. That is if you’re just looking to maintain weight. If you want to lose weight, I hope you like be hungry and sober.

Gotta have your protein, you know. I shouldn’t complain. I’ve already dropped a couple of pounds. By the time you’re reading this I might be a skinny motherfucker and then I’ll have to bulk up. It takes lots of cheeseburgers, beer and Deadlifts to bulk up. I like that idea. Deadlifts and Squats are probably my favorite weight exercises. Bench Presses are okay too. Apparently the names of weightlifting exercises are supposed to be capitalized..

I just realized I have no idea how many episode descriptions I owe the show. I’m writing it all as one big text document with no breaks, because I got a file with three podcasts in it with no breaks. Episode 137: H2Overrated Also, when you talk to him next spell his name with a “ph” instead of a “f” -- I don’t know if it pisses him off or not, but if enough of us spell it that way it will. As you’re reading this I want you to know two things. One, I’m on my second day of no beer and it sucks. Two, I just had fresh spinach, mushrooms, and bell peppers with a homemade mustard dressing. It’s very simple to make. You just add mustard, apple cider vinegar, and some olive oil to each and stir the shit out it. You might wondering why I wanted you to know this and that simple: I’m on a fucking diet and I fucking hate it. I don’t really hate the food I’m eating or even the going without beer. What I hate is looking into my fridge and not knowing what I can eat or how much of it I can eat. I can still drink coffee though, so life’s not all bad. do about it.

It’s funny how things work out sometimes. Sometimes you think you can do anything, like write episode descriptions for a friend’s podcast because he clearly struggles with English and I’m assuming his German isn’t as good as he says it is either. There’s nothing wrong that though. I mean most people come to this show to listen to That Frakking Cat anyway. It’s not that Rafael isn’t cool. It’s the Cat is cooler. This week Eddie Brill returns to We Are Not Here To Please You. Okay, I have to be honest with you. Sometimes I feel bad for Rafael. Let’s just be honest about this week’s episode. I did listen to it, that much I know for sure. I don’t remember anything about it though, other than it was the first part of a trilogy. This part takes place when Rafael was feeling the effects of strange mutated hyper virus. The kind of virus that infects your soul instead of your body. I think this virus is what the Christians would call the first sign of the apocalypse. How am I so familiar with this soul infection? The answer is simple. Rafael infected me with this satanic virus, but that’s a story for another day. Maybe next week. For now, sit back and enjoy the sounds of That Frakking Cat and a half dead Rafael. Like I said before, I don’t remember anything about this episode other than laughing out loud while I listened to it. Except for the part when they played Bohemian Rhapsody again. That part sucked.
This week we find out one thing that Rafael is terrible at. Naming country music songs. It's almost like he's not even American. Not even North American. He shows off his ignorance and all 99 of his luftballoons. Luckily for the rest of us, Steve 'Mudflap" Mcgrew and That Frakking Cat are here to be entertaining, and the nail it this week.
