This episode was recorded prior to the uptick in covid case, riots, Brianna Taylor and George Floyd so we didn't get to speak on any of those topics. Nonetheless, this was an incredible episode with Damaris Linker; a good friend of mine from college. We talk about her journey to get where she is now, people who have influenced her throughout her life, and advice for those who may come behind her. Being able to see the growth just from the recording of this episode to now, is just incredible. I hope you guys enjoy and don't forget to subscribe and check out the website justdomorenow.com

On this episode, I get the opportunity to speak with my man John Lullen. The thing that made this episode so fun and valuable was the fact that I got to speak with someone is excelling in an organization that doesn't have too many black leaders, which we get into in the podcast. So getting his perspective on what makes him different and has allowed him to continue to move up in corporate america is definitely something that everyone should listen to. We talk about the legacy he wants to leave behind, the lessons he wants to share with his son, and so much more. Please sit back, get your notepads ready, and enjoy my conversation with John Lullen.

On this episode, I speak with Emmanuel Stinson who is a software developer who recently decided to take life in his own hands and start his own company (Emsite Solutions). The guy is an absolute wizard when it comes to software development and explaining it in a way that makes sense to a 6 year old. We talk about some challenges he has had, the legacy he wants to leave behind, and the impact his parents have had on him. In light of the past couple of weeks, I thought this was a great time to introduce someone who is in a field with little diversity ( Software Development). I hope you all enjoy my conversation with Emmanuel Stinson.

Incredible episode with a good friend of mine, Justin Dickens (@just_justin8). As he detailed his experience living in Atlanta after graduating college, I began to think about how I talked to him almost everyday and had no idea he was going through all that he spoke about. It made me realize how important it is to really check in on your friends and not just assume things are as they appear. I hope you all get a ton of value out of this conversation with Justin Dickens.

On this episode I get the opportunity to speak with Dan Camp. This interview with was interesting because he exposed me to a field I knew very little about .. Nature Adventures and white water rafting. Hearing Dan talk about the experiences that he has created and helped others create has gotten me curious about what it would be like for me. So with that being said, I've decided that my next trip will be an outdoors one. He also mentioned in the episode that if there is anyone curious about getting into the field, the should visit coolworks.com . Please enjoy my conversation with Dan Camp.
