Do you ever wonder if this is it? Like is this all that life has to offer? Am I the only one asking "what's next?". What does your daily life look like? Oh wait...I'm in charge?
What does come first, the chicken or the egg? Do we feel good about ourselves first, or do we do what we need to do to get there first? Why do we stop?
We're 21 days in to the New Year! Did you make a resolution? It should be habit by now, is yours?
Ever feel like you're behind? Yes, that would be me. Better late than never. Here's a recap on my travels, holiday and reflection for Dec. I'm sure there's a lesson in there too! Enjoy!
I blinked again and the month was gone. Let's say the word together...PATIENCE. Anyone have any I can borrow?

There are more than 100 million songs about love. We could write our own song about love. We all have different ways we show and want to be shown love. Here's mine.
Do you remember your first car? Has your taste in cars change? Are you like your car? In a perfect world, I would have a BMW X5, but alas, my company car will just have to do.
It's the most terrifying feeling; waking up in the middle of the night, being fully aware of your surroundings, but not being able to move or speak. Welcome to Sleep Paralysis.
If you need to recharge your batteries from time to time, then mostly likely you're an ambivert too!
Because you never know when your time is up and I'm a planner. It's not how I want to be remembered, it's where I'm headed.
Not mine, my parents. It took me talking about it to realize how much my parents divorce affected me, not as a child, but as an adult. Now that I’m married, I can see how getting divorced is as much a life-altering decision, as getting married was.
Growing up in a Latin household has shaped me into the person I am today, however there are still things I do and don’t know why like cutting and rubbing cucumber ends. Please tell me there are other Latinas who still do that.
You’ve heard about it, read about it and now listen to how I incorporated IF to reach my WW Lifetime status and have stayed there since last June. I’m not a doctor, however I would love to play one on TV. This is my (weight loss) journey....what’s yours?

Ahh yes, the college years or I should say the 24 years. After many detours, I finally earned my Bachelors. There was wine involved as it made everything less painful, especially Calculus and IT classes. The payoff was having my mom and husband there right by my side. And no, I'm not going back for my Masters, there isn't enough wine in the world to get me through it.

So many to choose from, kinda like diets. Are we to stay with one or explore and see which one fits with our beliefs? Is it as simple as to practice what we learned in kindergarten for our afterlife? Where’s my treat?
