There is no general answer to this question, it is a difficult one to answer and we truly must look at each case by case basis. But what is apparent is that in all relationships we must value and exhibit self control. If you do not have self control, you will not be able to sustain or maintain healthy platonic friendships. This episode digs into the heart of is this wise in the context of our lives.

How do we rise above deep hurts in our marriages and forgive the one we love when they have wronged us?
When we forgive, we start the healing process inside of us and we honor God's word. Knowing your worth in God makes forgiveness easier, not because you don’t care deeply about how you’ve been wronged, but because you have “allowed” the Spirit to lead you from revenge to righteous response.

It’s in the process of suffering that we grow in our faith. act about the God we serve. God wants to see us grow. In our Spirits, in our Character, in our Integrity, and most importantly in our faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God. God desires to see our hearts changed for His glory. How do we consistently remain authentic in our expression of faith as we journey in life? We authenticate our faith in Jesus by choosing to respond and obey the Father, seeking solitude, committing to prayer and fasting, and resisting the devil's schemes. If you want to test yourself for authenticity quickly do these things immediately. You will notice it may be tough to focus and you may be drawn towards distractions, but press inward and deeper in God. When our relationship with God is healthy and consistent we sharpen our practice of righteousness and our inner peace is fortified. We must stay willing to be sharpened by the test and trials of life which come to build us up in authentic faith.

Have some integrity. Build your character.
Lying to ourselves is one of the worst offenses. If we cannot believe ourselves who can we believe. We must work to learn how to keep our word to ourselves so that we strive to do what we say we will do. This is a skill that must be practiced and strengthened. Some are better than others. Seeking to honor our words helps us to grow in setting realistic goals in hopes to keep those goals and move forward victoriously in our careers, families, faith, and friendships amongst other things. Even if we fail, we gain experience for the next attempt. Reference Episode one with Frederick Douglass running from slavery, failing but trying again. Also, honoring your word to your manager, other employees, customers, builds a reputation that could lead to new opportunities.

Recently one of my mentor heroes of the faith “Tony Evans” stepped down from the Pastoral role he has served for over 40 years. I was shocked at this revelation, but I have almost been desensitized to these stories, especially in this age where so many Pastors have had failings. I thought, as a pastor myself this was a good moment to remind us of how we should respond when these situations happen.
Jesus is our ultimate hero. And it’s great to know that Jesus has never failed us and never will. The perfect lamb slam for the sins of the world. Our true hero.

The meaning of life is one of those eternal questions that humanity has pondered for centuries. Philosophers, theologians, and thinkers have proposed various answers, ranging from finding purpose through religion or spirituality to embracing personal fulfilment and happiness. Some suggest that life has no inherent meaning, and it's up to each individual to create their own meaning through their actions, relationships, and experiences. Ultimately, the meaning of life may be subjective and can vary greatly from person to person. It's a question that prompts reflection and introspection, inviting us to explore our values, beliefs, and aspirations.

Answers To Difficult Love Questions| Am I Just Insecure? (Depends On The Circumstance) [Part 2]
Your responses to the situations that call for inner security or insecurity show whether you are truly secure or insecure; but both security and insecurity are an inward fight.
Take a real look at yourself. Are you secure? Insecure? Paranoid? Are you dealing with someone who is this way?
What can you do?
If you are the one dealing with paranoia or insecurity you need to seek wise counsel that will speak truth to you in love. You are helping yourself live a full life and you may be saving someone else you are hurting maybe even unintentionally.
There is nothing good about insecurities or being paranoid. We can find health by dealing with the issues inside of us that force us into this mentality. God definitely will help you grow into a place of security that will bring you to perfect peace if you trust him with your life.
Sure, inner security is a skill that must be built. But with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, it is a skill you can master.
Self control is the heart of this skill and we must all grow in this area as we grow in God.

When relationships are overwhelmed with insecurity, unchecked this can lead to mental, emotional or physical abuse. When people are dealing with insecurity it is because they don’t have a good grasp on who they are inside. Some use “insecurity language” as a cover for their own evil and to make their partner feel bad about true red flags.

For an overseer, as God's steward, must be above reproach. He must not be arrogant or quick-tempered or a drunkard or violent or greedy for gain, but hospitable, a lover of good, self-controlled, upright, holy, and disciplined. He must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it.
