We fixed some leaks in the boat and we are now back with our second full show of One Man Brand Radio, the radio advice show for business owners and entrepreneurs, leaders and dreamers. This show aired originally on radio station NewsTalk KLBJ in Austin, TX. 590am/99.7fm. Today we interviewed a local entrepreneur, Julianna Gilchrist, about an encounter she had with an an unwarranted review left maliciously by someone who had never been a customer. Her experience is a cautionary tale, and her response to it is sage advice that would benefit anyone whose business counts on online reviews. We also had a caller from an air conditioning and plumbing company who asked about radio formats and tying together her various marketing efforts. We played Ray's a few ads from Ray's all-time favorite radio advertising campaign. We started the show by celebrating Labor Day. That included Ray unapologetically stating his preference for barbecue joints who can trace their origins to Taylor, TX.
