One of the most difficult pills to swallow is consistency. SO many of us struggle with trusting ourselves to execute our routines with confidence.
Often times it’s not only about the end goal; but what you do to get there every single day.
It’s okay to try something and realize it doesn’t work. It never means you’re failing. This is all about creating trust and gaining habitual skills that get you to your end goal!

So often women share with us their frustration with feeling like they won’t make progress if they don’t track every morsel that they eat. GOOD NEWS, that isn’t true and that’s exactly why we wanted to share this content with y’all.

In today's episode we dive deep into the differences between cravings and emotional eating as well as some simple techniques to reduce them both!!
Some useful questions to ask yourself that might help you find some of your beliefs or issues include:. – Do you remember any times you were ashamed about your body or had others say things about you that you felt ashamed of yourself?
– When was the last time you were at your goal weight/shape? What was happening at that time?
– What are your attitudes about overweight people? What were the attitudes of important others about overweight people?
– What patterns exist in your family about food? Was it used to show love or as a punishment?
– What statements do you say to yourself that are self defeating, hurtful and holding you back from getting what you want.
Some examples include:. – It’s in my genes
– I’ve never been slim so I can’t be
– I’ll always be fat
– I’m the fat funny one
– If I let anyone get close to me they will hurt me
– My friends/family won’t like me anymore
It is useful to ask yourself:. 1. What are the benefits of staying overweight?
What do you have to give up to achieve your goal?
Do you use food as your main reward either for yourself or your children?
Read these questions out loud then sit quietly and listen to what you say to yourself. Write down your answers. Remember, the more honest you are with your thoughts and feelings, the more profound change you are able to achieve.

Today we dig into the details of what every program should include: 1. Mental Exercise 2. Nutritional Guidelines 3. Physical Exercise
What's best...IIFYM? Meal plans? Low carb? High carb? Cardio or not cardio?
There's no one-size-fits all and it's important that you structure your program to challenge you, but also so that it's enjoyable. Because, what you enjoy, you will do for a long time!!
Our flagship program, OMNI FIT 365, is open for enrollment!!! You can check that out here: http://theomnifit.com/omni-fit-365-signup
