It's time to find a deeper reason to live. I have a different philosophy of coaching, and I'd like to share it with you. I believe that if you focus on setting and accomplishing flow, wellness, and fulfillment goals, you'll experience long lasting meaningful change. You will receive customized coaching from me, so you can grow from the inside out.
What were you up to in 2004? I take you through my life and journals 17 years ago when I was 19 years old, freshman in college, just got a cell phone, trying to figure out what to study, who to date, and how to balance it all. We focus on reflecting on my journal through the lens of recognizing growth. Surprisingly, some of the same goals I had then, I have now with a little more open-mindedness and self-awareness. This provides proof that writing your life down can help you look back with awareness, not regret, so you can move forward with clarity. This series will continue until the end of the year.

I love leading workshops with clients, seeing their changes and shifts happen before my eyes. They have been so impactful that I wanted to share the content in podcasts!
