The gospel means you have encountered Christ, which placed you in a family that is as vitally connected to one another as the need for a body to have all its parts. Without Biblical community, we are absent of complete union in Christ. It's time to leave isolation once and for all.

In John 5, Jesus told a group of Jewish leaders that you could be busy analyzing the Scriptures, frantically pouring over them to gain eternal life, and miss Him! If what you read in Scripture does not lead to an encounter with Jesus, you will never find eternal life.
In this message from Pastor Mark Casto, he calls us to the understanding that in order to understand the Scriptures, you will have to see it through the illumination of the Holy Spirit. Many today are building their own religious ideas about Christ and His Kingdom because they have a set of verses but do not carry His Spirit. As we proclaim the gospel of grace, many ask, "So, what do you do with the Old Testament?" āEvery believer was faithfully devoted to following the teachings of the apostles (the sent ones). Their hearts were mutually linked to one another, sharing communion and coming together regular for prayer. A deep sense of holy awe swept over everyoneā¦ā (Acts 2:42)
Abba is restoring the church in the West back to original intent and that will require on our part to rid ourselves of casualness and take each step with intentionality toward Abba and the people He has called us to do life with.
Many people that hardly ever darken the door of the church will on Easter. However, even though they come to church, will they actually hear the gospel.
In this message, Pastor Mark shares the difference between the legal retributive gospel that many of us heard growing up and the gospel as it was presented in the early church. Let's deal with the lie that salvation is totally dependent upon our actions and that God was at odds with the world and on Good Friday, His own Son.

Pastor Mark Casto shared a powerful word about the obstacles we face in joining Kingdom family. We often come into this process with unrealistic expectations concerning leadership and projecting our insecurities onto others, only to allow these things to hinder or even keep us isolated from the people we are called to do life with.
You must realize that the most essential part of joining kingdom family is first living in the union of knowing Yahweh as Abba. Once you know Him as Abba, you get enfolded in the family. For many, we have the order backward and Pastor Mark helps us in this message see this rightly.

We continue our journey of recovering the sacred nature of joy. We are building on the two realities, that Abba is Happy and He lives in the Zion-Realm, which is a joy-filled, impenetrable citadel where you and I can rest safe and secure in His care and compassion.
The promise we are posturing our hearts to receive today is learning what Isaiah 56:1-8 meant when He said Yahweh would invite us into Mount Zion and make us joyful in His house of prayer. Pastor Mark takes us into both the personal and corporate understanding of this verse.

Yet we are not offering animal sacrifices, worse we keep beating the dead horse of our sin nature as if we have the ability to achieve Godās forgiveness through our religious ritual practice of dying daily.

This is Part 1 of Papa Mark teaching the family about the characteristics of an Apostolic Revival Culture. If we are to receive new wine, we must focus on the structure or wineskin that is capable of receiving it. This begins with an understanding that we must be foundational, governmental, and operating in the order of fathers and sons.

Abram was told by Yahweh to leave all that he knew in order to find the land Yahweh had promised. What we have learned is that while the call is to a new land, the journey was for Abraham to find his authentic self.

In a recent service in Carolina Revival, Our Apostle, Damon Thompson, encouraged us all to go home and divorce ourselves from the distractions that hinder sitting at the feet of Jesus. At the Shepherd's Tent, we believe it is our responsibility to shepherd the apostolic word and lead people into this life of devotion.
In light of that word, Papa Mark shares several examples from scripture of how distractions are to be dealt with from the perspective of the Kingdom.
We have begun a new year with a significant outpouring happening in Kannapolis, NC, with our Apostle, Damon Thompson, and our Kingdom family from all over the nation. In light of what the Lord is doing, Pastor Mark asked the Lord a question, "How do we honor what is happening in Kannapolis and steward well what we were sent to Covington to establish?"
That one question led to several hours where Abba began to remove the last shreds of old wineskin thinking about church and structure. We must shift into the apostolic grace and order of raising sons, not just attending services. The place and time become irrelevant, and in the freedom of not thinking like American Christians, a glorious family emerges with an elevated yes to the lifestyle of devotion to Jesus and hosting His Presence extravagantly.
Instead of saying, come to our church, we should be able to say, follow me as I follow Christ.
We continue our journey deeper into Luke 16 and the Parable of the Dishonest Manager. While I long to see everyone ascend into the portals of mystical encounters with Jesus, I believe those true encounters that birth cosmic transformation is for lose willing to be led into greater maturity and character.

Yes, there is someone you could bless, but they are dysfunctional.
We believe the heart of Abba is not after a diagnosis of dysfunction. The only qualification for His kindness is breath in your lungs and if He can get you seated at the table of His goodness, He can heal dysfunction and cause you to become reproductive.
In this exhortation, Pastor Mark teaches and speaks prophetically over the finances of the Family. It is important to understand every facet of the gospel including the promises that belong to us as sons of Abraham.

The Greek word is "ginomai" which means to become, receive being, or to finish helps us understand the word Yahweh is doing in our hearts. Pastor Mark brought a small piece of encouragement to reinforce what Apostle sowed into our lives for this Fall. Although leprosy was feared because of the physical damage it could make upon the body, what was most dreaded was the isolation laws attached to the disease. The Lord gave our family a specific word concerning the Fall and how important it was to glean from Mary's posture in Luke 1, when she became a carrier for the Christ.

A Creator Culture is beginning to swirl in Covington, GA. The I AM is rising up in this family to be anything, do anything, believe for anything until a culture of nothing is impossible is established among us.
Jesus announced Himself as the "I AM" in Luke 24:36-49. This encounter was described as terrifying for those who encounter Him. Jesus gave them clear instructions, "Be at peace. I am the living God. Don't be afraid. Why would you be so frightened? Don't let doubt or fear enter your hearts, for I AM!"
Excuses no longer exist when you understand the I AM is in you!
We are making a transition as a family, but it is more than a change of locations, its a change in dimensions. We are on a journey to the Zion-Realm, a place where sons and daughters can find safety, enjoy the celebration of good news, and be joined to the family.
In our pursuit to understand the postures of surrender found in the Beatitudes the Lord impressed upon Pastor Mark's heart to go deeper into the call of "Blessed are the merciful for they shall receive mercy." Yahweh is calling us out of the false self or the imposter who in the name of religion hides behind the seat of judgment.
The Lord is calling us out from behind the judges seat into the seat called "beloved" so that we can release unmerited mercy to the world around us. What better story to walk through than when Jesus called Matthew the Tax Collector to come follow Him.
For a few weeks, we have been journeying deeper into the Beatitudes, which are nothing more than an invitation into the lifestyle of surrender. Surrender is the superior way that Jesus taught us to live as sons and daughters within His Father's Kingdom!
