The Old Post Office Building on the Moor in Falmouth has just undergone a complete makeover and is due to re-open in a few months. In its new role as a Community Project, it's hoping to benefit people with disabilities, illnesses and conditions that range from Autism to Multiple Sclerosis and Brain Injury. Part of the service is to offer exercise classes to help people get back to fitness after suffering from different types of illness. Debbie McCrory has been down to find out more.
