Joe Pawlowski, Joins Todd & Craig in studio to discuss his service in The U.S. Marine Corps where he was wounded along side other heros in Iraq. Joe describes in detail the mission and what he and fellow marines encountered that lead to himself being shot and wounded and others whom lost their lives. This episode is meant to honor those who fought bravely along side Joe and all the service members who have sacrificed along with their familes everything so that we have the freedoms we have.
Joe, a Marine Corps Purple Heart Veteran, served in Fallujah, Iraq in 2006. On Dec. 28th he was shot twice by a sniper fire and severly wounded. After a long recovery, joe started to draw and paint as therapy for his, arm, hand, and mind. He uses art as a way to help himself and others. Through art like tattooing, Devildog Ink & Paint llc. provides Pain Therapy for both Joe and his fellow veteran brothers and sisters.
Most recently Joe launched a new Youtube show called Inside The Humvee Podcast. Joe purchased a Humvee and will be interviewing other veterans from inside the vehicle. The Federal Motor Carrier Clearing House is an online database that gives employees and government agencies real-time access to information about CDL driver drug and alcohol program violations. Drivers who test positive, receive convictions, and other infractions are reported to the database. Criminal justice reform is sweeping the nation. What does that look like in the state in which you live? Police officers will now give out summons in many cases where at one time they would place you under arrest. Most traffic infractions will not result in immediate arrest. New Clean Slate Laws to take affect in 2021 will remove prior criminal convictions after a period of 7 years for misdemeanors & 10 years for certain felony convictions.
Marijuana convictions will now be automatically expunged under certain formulas in 2021.

The City of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, followed a flawed process in determining which companies should be granted recreational marijuana permits. A number of existing medical marijuana dispensaries originally granted license by city were denied the ability to transition to full recreational provision center. The city showed no loyalty or appreciation to families and or business owners whom have given much to the community in years past.

Yes, you can be convicted of operating while intoxicated by liquor while operating a 4 wheel scooter. In the state of Michigan, Traverse City, a man was found riding a scooter while highly intoxicated on a major roadway. When the officers arrived he held up a can of beer and toasted them. The Circuit Court dismissed the case based on the legal definition of vehicle. The case was appealed to the Court of Appeals.
