The show has the goal to get people talking and sharing their own opinions on the topics discussed in each episode.
Who is Seba Thulo? Sebabatso Thulo is a passionate young businesswoman, author, and educator currently employed fulltime as a high school teacher where she teaches Agricultural Sciences. In 2018 she wrote her first book "Reflections through My Glasses".
In this episode we discuss what it means to be authentic. We also discuss why people struggle to show up as their authentic selves.
In this conversation we talk about this generation and their anger and lack of interest in God. We talk about what the possible causes of this anger towards God . We try to explain the importance of God and the possible impact of not having a belief system you can trust

My new book is titled Dear Black Parent , A letter from your Child's teacher. So on this episode of the Dear Black Parents series, Sbo Ngubane and I speak about Black Parenting. She shares her experience with her mother and her fears and pain about being raised by a black parent. This is a very heartfelt carrrnversation because it speaks to the many issues that most of us feel but are not always comfortable sharing. This will resonate with many people.
In this final episode of season 2 we talk about relationship standards . The debate here is whether or not we should have relationship deal breakers when we ourselves are flawed.

Lianca Kleynhans a sales consultant at the bank , a divorced young lady and a good friend of mine . She came across a quote about sacrifice .We discussed walking away from a relationship while still being in love. Walking away because you recognized that you are toxic or the other person is toxic . The love that is required to walk away and the care that you should have for the other person to be able to walk away.

Today we discussed the culture of ghosting in relationships with my return guest and friend Siya Mazibuko. We tried to get to the root of why people ghost and what could be a more healthier alternative. Here Siya revealed that he does ghost and I revealed that I had been ghosted and I was still healing from that. We also spoke about the pain ghosting causes when the relationship has ended. In the end, it was a funny conversation with personal stories.

Meet my dad - a pastor and marriage counselor. My dad discussed the challenges he faced when it came to raising me, and what he feels is missing in black relationships. He also mentioned why family structures are so broken and why some children really struggle to connect with their fathers. This was a beautiful conversation filled with so many gems. The secret to raising a girl child, and the different expectations that raising a boy child might have.

On the third episode on this subject, I invited my friend and conversationalist Siya Mazibuko. Siya was completely against the idea, and mentioned how there is no way such a relationship could work. He also mentioned that it promoted infidelity and dishonesty in relationships. We eventually had to agree to disagree.

Today we discussed the pros and cons of being in multiple relationships with my good close friend Lianca. Lianca said she was not keen at first , as she felt that it took away from what she believed a relationship should be. We then also spoke about insecurities that could arise as a result of being in such a relationship.

Scelo ‘Sonic’ Khuzwayo is an English teacher and an Honours student. Here we discussed Polyamory , which is multiple dating. The pros and cons of being in ,such a relationship. Sonic shared that he was open to navigating such a relationship, and how it would bring so much knowledge of the self. We also spoke about having children might be a bit complicated in a polyamorous relationship.

Nkuli Mbatha is an MC and an actress for children’s theatre, and an activist. In this episode, we discussed what Freedom is as Black women, and what are the things that imprison us as women. The influence of Social Media on what we know as Freedom. Also learning to accept our own skin colour, our own body shapes, sizes and how that acceptance could bring freedom.
