K-Anubizz: Recent Episodes

Out of the depths of the underworld comes K-Anubizz, the caretaker of transition, master of Chaos, a son of God, and as you know... God Is A DJ After engulfing the Netherworld for millenia in the aural waves of Tribal Chants & Exotic Grooves, now the time has come for this entity to Rise Up From Down Below, to take over the realm of the living with the divine force of Rhythm & Melody at his disposal. Reïncarnated in the body of a mere mortal, it was necessary 2 get himself amplified, so this energy could be set free! And this not only came out to be a matter of time… Coming to take care of all the Lost Souls & help those who want to transcend to a higher level of existence, to this „Natural Born (Party)-Animal” the ultimate goal still remains: Creating an equal balance of thrills and pleasure for every soul on earth, floating on the vibez of K-otic K-Anubizz... And luring you in to the birthplace of the sound, of the underground… So Come Down!

Now, more on a serious note… After This Slightly Exagerrated Introduction, coming from a genuine Music Maniac with a lot of fantasy, It’s time 2 present myself in a more human, less fantastical Way… ^_^

What began as a playstation game 15 years ago, has infused the producing virus into my system. And ever since that flame was lit on being able to replay, create and manipulate the music I was hearing, it only started burning harder.Also, the fact of having an uncle who, still now, has 2 wedding parties or similar a week, helps explain why the faders and knobs were luring me to them to try it out! And soon the art of turntablism and the ability to mix on any given deck was mastered. Although I didn't have any material myself, nor the money for it, I continued creating mixes with a laptop. Armed with this I had a really fullfilling, rewarding & most of all, FUN time @ JKJOS and various other gigs in and around Dilbeek for a couple of years. In the meantime the nessecary equipment was added piece by piece, and also with a little help from my friends I soon had a real „mobile disco!” The party’s and memories were unforgettable, and till today still remain unrivaled! Allright I’ll admit, Tomorrowland 2012 was a superlative on its own, but you should check out some older mixtapes of mine if you’re curious. Let the music speaks for itself! ^_-

In more recent years, I haven’t done much big summerfestivals, mainly cuz it’s so frickin’ expensive, and also because my energy was gettin’ applied to the creation of music itself! These last years I’ve added some game-changing material to my musical equipment, Also the knowledge to compose, produce and master a song only grew and grew. And The Passion for the music only got more intense. Maybe that also explains why you cannot place all my musical creations in a specific genre, and 2 me personally it’s kinda fun. Trying out something new or completely different makes you discover more , lets you think better or in an other way, and maybe lets you produce the sound you wanna create, but by following a totally different and unique path. To me, the music has always been my guide and best friend. In the music we are all brothers and we stand united! Anyone can agree that there are songs that can get you completely mad! And I consider myself a real musical mental case! ^_^ I’ve got to get my fix every day! This lets me show great deal of respect & gratitude to all humanity for all those „gifts” I’ve been given... That’s the true philosophy behind K-Anubizz To try And Redeem Myself For What I have Been Given. And Try To Create The Same Experience For Someone Else Spreading This Energy and Euphoria With Everybody! And Never Stop! Except when it will kill me… But I’ll Have Lived A Very Rich Life, Indeed! I’m Pretty serious when I say that music = life! It can give that little spark, that can light up an entire nation! Love The Music, Love Your Life!
