This section of the Epilogue provides short bios of the Clinton 12. The section called, "Writing this Book," is fantastic! Please listen to it. I particularly appreciate Jo Ann Allen Boyce's description of why she chose to include the "n-" word in this book. It is very powerful.
Chapters 72-87. Be aware that the "n" word comes up in today's reading. I know this word has been used once in the text already and it will come up again tomorrow. Remember that this word is used as a primary source statement of the hatred that African Americans like the author were facing during this time in history.
