The high school cross country season just keeps getting better and better week in and week out. Keenan Gray, Alex McIntire, and Kyle Paulson give their recap from week four of the 2021 season with a look at the Timberline boys team and some competitive girls races. The guys also reflect on the Gonzaga men's cross country team and their incredible performance at the WCC's last week and discuss other top performances from around the state.
The snow has melted, and the racing shoes are heating up! Keenan Gray, Alex McIntire, and Kyle Paulson break down the first full week of high school cross country racing in Washington with many standout individual and team performances. The guys also take a look at this week's race of the week going down between Alex's own runner Bryce Cerkowniak and Olympia's Ethan Coleman for what should be a good one.

Northern Arizona Elite runner Nick Hauger joins The Run Down to talk about his professional career up to this point after breaking an American record on the track recently. Hauger graduated from Shadle Park High School and went onto become a WCC Champion and All-American runner at the University of Portland.
