Maura Murray was a healthy, young woman who had a lot going for her. After a few days of behavior that was unlike her, she takes off on a trip and crashes her car on a dark country road. There were many witnesses that called emergency services and they arrived fast. Somehow, in the 7 to 10 minutes, Maura disappeared. Where did she go?

Christina Kettlewell is known as the eight day bride. Just over a week after she married her boyfriend Jack she is found face down in only 9 inches of water. The cottage they were honeymooning in is in flames, and her groom is found bashed in the head. The mystery is still unsolved.

On a Tuesday night in May of 1997 in Oklahoma eight years old Kirsten Hatfield was taken right from her own bed in the middle of the night without disturbing anyone in her house including her 3 year old sister that slept right beside her. Unfortunately my partner in Crime is still recovering and life happens. No episode today, but next week I will be here partner or not and will deliver an awesome episode.
On a Sunday morning Anna Mae Florence was waiting for her sister and brother in law to come pick her up for a day of shopping. There is a knock on the door and she answers. It's not her family but a young girl asking for money. She grabs her purse to help the young woman out but then gets attacked. It was a crime scene so horrible and she fled just as Ana May's brother was at the door. He caught her red handed on her way out, but the killer slipped away and ran off into the street. It would take almost 30 years to track her down.
On February 24, 1986 Sherri Rasmussen was having a normal day. Her husband John Ruetten went off to work. He returned home later in the evening to find his house broken into and his wife on the floor dead. It would take the police 23 years to find out who was responsible.

Leigh Occhi had just turned 13 years old and was excited for an upcoming open house at her middle school in Tupelo, Mississippi. Her mother left her home alone to get ready while she headed off to work. In just under an hour her house had turned into a horrible crime scene. Lillian Oetting (50), Frances Murphy (47), Mildred Linquist (50) were all friends and neighbors in their community of Riverside. Their husbands were all prominent business men in Chicago. They decided to take off on a winter girl's trip. They were going to take a 4 day trip to Starved Rock State Park and Lodge for some hiking and just getting away. They arrived on March 14, 1960. The group checks into their rooms and decide to have lunch in the lodge's dining hall. After their meal at about 1 pm the ladies took off for a hike. They would never make it back.

Given that there were multiple sighting and various leads across the United States Amy could still be out there. Someone knows something. There is an age progression picture done that we will put up. Dorothy Jane Scott was a loving single mother who started receiving phone calls from a secret admirer. Soon those calls turned from sweet to threatening. They even scared her into taking karate classes and making her debate about buying a hand gun for protection. Those classes were not enough and eventually the unthinkable happened and Dorothy disappeared. The phone calls continued to torment her family for 4 years before she was finally found.

Discovered on Somerton Beach near Adelaide, Australia in December 1948 was a man lying against a sea wall. Thought to have been sleeping it was soon found out he was dead. With no identification, no signs of violence, and virtually no clues but a piece of an 11th century book hidden in a secret pocket, his name has never been revealed. Several theories have emerged about who is was, including stories of a secret love child, and international spies. As you listen the Australian Government has exhumed his remains and are beginning to re-examine the case. Hopefully soon we can finally put this 73 year old mystery to rest. Who do you think he is?
