Pug was joined by Sanjay this week on the podcast as Mark decided he didn't want to talk about a rough week. The Badgers came out swinging the first half but get shut out in the second to fall to USC. The Packers get crushed in the first half but make it a close game in the second half against the Vikings but cannot complete the comeback. Lastly, the Brewers start the postseason and drop game one against the Mets.
The Brewers won the NL Central in a very fitting way! Pug and Mark talk about the Brewers season a whole and discuss this past week. We talk about the Badgers Women's Volleyball team getting back on track. We preview the upcoming Badgers football game against USC after having a week off. The Packers go into Nashville and come out with win making them 2-0 without Love. We discuss the game and then look ahaed to the Vikings game.
We begin by saying goodbye to Hank, a cherished member of the Brewers family. Then we proceed to discuss Alabama destroying the Badgers, and we end on a high note by discussing the Packers victory over the Colts.
This week on the podcast Mark and Pug discuss the Packers losing a close one to the Eagles on a rough playing surface in Brazil and the Packers faced a big injury scare with Jordan Love. We breakdown a Badgers win but there is still some concerns going into a tough match up with #4 Alabama. Lastly, the Brewers have a rough week and lose some ground in the chase for the bye in the Postseason.
We kick off the episode talking about MvP: A Wisconsin Sports Podcast future after joining Sweep Studios going forward. The Packers have a regular season game this week. We talk about our thoughts on this Friday Night game in Brazil. We discuss the Badgers starting off the season on a rocky start but pull out the win. The Badgers women's volleyball team drop the first 3 matches of the season. Lastly, we talk about the Brewers and the big weeks from Adames and Chourio.
The Packers ended the preseason against the Ravens at home with a win. Mark and Pug discuss the Packers roster cuts and the first look at the roster. We also discuss the Badgers defense along with providing our predictions for for the year. We discuss the Brewers series loss to the Cardinals and the series win against the A's. The Badgers have some recruiting news.
The Packers travel to Mile High and only put up 2 points. We provide our takeaways from the game and look ahead to the final preseason game. This week we start our Wisconsin Badgers football preview and we take a look a the offense. Lastly, we talk about the Brewers starting a win streak after taking 2 from the Dodgers and then sweeping the Guardians.
The Packers went on the road to take on the Browns for their first preseason game. We break down the game by positional group and share our takeaways. We look forward to what we are watching for in the 2nd preseason game against the Broncos on Sunday. The Olympics closed out with the United States winning the medal count and we talk about things that stood out to us. The Brewers had a decent week minus the rough start against the Dodgers and some bats are starting to heat back up. Lastly, we have some Bucks and Badgers news.
The Packers are getting closer to their first preseason game but first they hosted their annual family night practice. This week we discuss our thoughts on how we feel the team is looking at this point in the preseason. We provide out thoughts on the Olympics so far. The Bucks add another player and we provide our quick thoughts on it. The Badgers add another recruit. Lastly, we talk about the Brewers rough slump that they have been in this week.
The Packers finalize the deal with Jordan Love and we discuss the deal. We preview the Packers OL in our last position group preview. We provide some of the very early positives and negatives from training camp. The Badgers add some recruits to their football and basketball programs. The Brewers have a good week against the Cubs but struggle against the Marlins. The Brewers make some trades and we discuss the deals. Lastly, we talk about some of the Olympics.
The Brewers start the second half off with a mini sweep of the Twins but drop game 1 in Chicago. This week we preview the safety position for the Packers. The Packers started camp this week but we found out it would be without Love for now. We take a final look at the rough summer league results for the Bucks. Lastly, we discuss some of the athletes that will be competing in the Olympics with Wisconsin ties.

We have hit Episode 200! We kick it off by discussing the Green Bay Packers CB room. The Bucks sign Prince and we discuss our thoughts on the signing. We discuss the Brewers road trip out to Colorado and LA along with the All Star Game. Lastly, we share some of the things and moments we have enjoyed on our journey to 200 episodes.

The Packers made shocking moves in the first couple days of free agency including adding some key players but also losing a fan favorite. Mark and Pug discuss all the moves by the Packers so far in free agency. We take a look at all the college basketball going on around the state including the UWGB Women's Basketball team getting a bid to the big dance. We also discuss both Badgers hockey programs. Lastly, we take a look at both the Bucks and Brewers weeks.
Bucks continue winning this week bring their streak to 6 in row. Both Marquette and Badgers have a rough week for college basketball. The Brewers are off to a slow start in Spring Training but Mark and Pug are not worried. Lastly, we talk about the Packers and Free Agency starting next week.

The Brewers trade Corbin Burnes to the Orioles for Joey Ortiz, DL Hall, & a draft pick. The Packers hire Jeff Hafley as their Defensive Coordinator, The Bucks & Badgers have a tough week, while Marquette demolishes Georgetown. Lastly news breaks that the Brewers are signing Gary Sanchez.
The Doc Rivers era starts for the Milwaukee Bucks as he takes over as head coach. Mark and Pug discuss the week for the Bucks including the first game under Doc. Both the Badgers and Marquette break into the Top 10. UWGB Men's and Women's basketball teams are on top of the Horizon league. The Packers fired Joe Barry and start their search for a new DC, we provide our thoughts. Lastly, we look at the Brewers bullpen heading into the 2024 season.

Mark and David discuss the Badgers exit in the NIT in the Semifinals after a terrible 2nd half performance. The Badgers Football team kicked off spring practices and we discuss some early notes. Free agency in the NFL opened and the Packers lost some players but resigned a key player. There is no official Rodgers news yet but rumors are swirling. Lastly, it is March Madness time and the only Wisconsin team in both the Men's and Women's NCAA Tournament is Marquette.

This week Mark and David discuss a few conference championships in Wisconsin along with the other basketball programs. Spring Training games have officially started for the Milwaukee Brewers. The Packers restructure some deals and more are coming. The Milwaukee Bucks keep winning and we talk about the streak they are on as it extends to 15.

The Badgers continue to keep the transfer portal fire burning by adding three new players to the WR room this past week. Mark and David discuss the new transfers and the excitement building around the program. The Brewers have signed some international players and we breakdown the top 3. Marquette moves up in the rankings after a big win and a close loss to ranked teams. The Badgers hot start was put out by a recent losing streak with a top player out of the lineup. The Packers season comes to end with a loss at home against the Lions. Mark and David give their thoughts on the game and look back at the season. Our first podcast of 2023 did not start the way we envisioned it would. We discuss our reactions to the scary situation that happened on MNF football to Damar Hamlin. We continue to hope for Damar Hamlin to make a full recovery and that continues to be the most important thing at this time. Mark and David do also get into the WI sports conversations about the Bucks, Marquette and Badgers men's basketball, Badgers football and the Packers.
Two Wisconsin Sports teams played on Christmas Day one getting a win and the other losing. Mark and David talk about those games along with other Packers, Bucks and Badgers news. Mark is off team tank and has come back to wanting the Packers to win. We also do our annual draft of best moments in Wisconsin Sports for the year.

Packers don't make a move at the trade deadline and everyone is losing it but Mark and David explain why they like it. The Packers losing streak extends to 4 games as they get beat by the Buffalo Bills. Milwaukee Bucks stay perfect on the year and we talk about some guys that had a great performances this week. Wisconsin Women's Volleyball takes down #1 Nebraska in a sweep and gets some revenge on #9 Minnesota with a 3-1 win. The Badgers Men's hockey team has a rough week and falls to 2-6 on the season. After a rough couple of weeks the Brewers sweep the Mets and win the NL Central. Badgers play a close one until the 4th quarter and then the wheels fall off.
