· What is a pleasure for you? I’ve talked about making time for yourself like sitting on a porch doing something you enjoy but have you thought about all things that give you pleasure? What are some of those things make a list of these things and start to do more of these things. We stress ourselves out and then are amazed that we say we are unhappy. Spend some time doing the things you enjoy. Happy moments bring more happy moments. In times past I’ve wondered why I enjoyed something that seemed at the time so silly when it seemed to not matter in the long run. Well it does matter and it matters for at least one reason you want to do it. Isn’t that reason enough?
Set goals it helps you move in the right direction toward a specific end. I like making little mini goals for my day to check off as I go through. It lets me know I’m getting something done and I can look back on those things and see I’m making accomplishments.

· Head off trouble as soon as you can. The bible talks about agreeing with your adversary quickly. Repenting quickly and fleeing from the appearance of evil. If you see something not right take the time to try to make it right. Have a talk with someone try to let them know if it was an offence that you didn’t mean it like that. It always amazes me as people we want to put off the thing that would do us the most good. If it needs to be done do it. People stop talking all together or for years sometimes because of this. Just saying your sorry sometimes goes a long way.
Refusing to talk bad about someone but focusing on the things they do right. Sometimes there is a time to speak up for yourself other times you just let people keep talking and doing what you suppose to be doing. Doing the right things long term pays dividends. Doing the wrong things sometimes pays in stitches. Speak life about people.
Do it right now make it happen and make growth a priority. If your listening to this you probably don’t want to be average. Well if you are going to make growth a priority you might consider taking note of what inspires you about others and starting to incorporate them as actions. I’m not talking about become like a person I’m talking about admiring a good trait and using it to make you better. I can think of someone right now that runs right at things and gets things done. I admire the fact they get so much done. Another is quiet and doesn’t say much. Another person when people get to acting bad they get gone. Another loves to laugh and have a good time with people. You have teachers all around you. Make a list of things you can start doing that would make your life more full. First make a list of things that you see in others and then make a time to start incorporating these. Start with one or two and practice them for a week. Then continue on with your list.
Start doing something that will make you excited to be alive. It could something like starting your own business or getting back in touch with your family or friends.

· Celebrate the good in your day whether that is something that just happened or something your looking forward too. Take a moment for something that has just happened and think wow that just happened do something to celebrate it if you want but at least acknowledge the good. We often don’t celebrate the good enough we think about the bad to often and then get negative. What if we celebrated the good and was happier? There is enough in life that trys to drain you. I’ve caught myself more than once thinking why am I feeling so good and trying to find the reason. What happens is I generally am looking forward to something. For Today set something your looking forward to Today and this week if you can go further out with it that’s great too. At least have something for your day that you can say hey this is something I’m looking forward to. It can be silly like a break or I get to accomplish this and get this off my plate.

· I love this saying nobody kicks a dead dog. In other words if someone is attacking you sometimes it’s a compliment. Sometime there jealous, envious. I heard a story one time about someone saying that the devil don’t bother people that are working for him. He wants to attack the people that are doing good. Expect challenge expect problems from people. Here is the thing deal with things logically calm down and recognize it for what it is. Don’t act out of emotion. Love people anyways but sometimes you have to get away from them for awhile and do you. Sometimes you have to put in your mental notebook don’t share with this person in this area got problems. Don’t allow this to keep you from your dreams from your destiny sometimes you just need to make a little change.

· Get rid of being bored by being busy. Yes there is a time for rest but if your bored I think it is a sign your not being productive in the moment. Ask yourself what else could I do right now?
· Stop negative thoughts by turning them into something positive. I think we all have negative thoughts. First recognize them then think how can I learn from this and use it to be better?
And more take a look.
Ecclesiastes10 and 2 A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fools heart at his left.
I think of this verse as meaning the wise mans choice is established, tried and true. Built upon a foundation.
Ecclesiastes 10 18 by much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through.
We have to be willing to work. I heard a saying one time that said God helps those that helps themselves. Most days I think we have a choice how we start our days and how we look at work. You can get up have some extra time read or relax. Then you can make a list get excited about what all yoir going to get done by certain time or you can dread it or worse run from it put it off.
You may have heard the story about the guy that was stuck at sea. Someone came with a boat and the man said go on God will save me three times people came by and he told them the same thing God will save me and the man died and he asked God why didnt you save me. God said I sent you three people.
Ecclesiastes 10 10:20 Curse not the king, no not in thy thought: and curse not the rich in thy bed chamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the Voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.
Its in our best interest to not even think bad thoughts about anyone dont entertain the thought. Those that are in charge of things its best not to think bad thoughts. Pray for them. I dont think this means stick your head in the sand. Sometimes we need to take action but most always we dont need to dwell on things.
KING DAVID refused at one point to put his hand on Saul he was Gods anointed man.
How much further would we be if we refused to do the things God told us not to do. Refused to even think bad thoughts about people and prayed for them. Is the prayer for them as much is it is for you?
Someone told me some time ago sometimes you have to be the change you want to see . Meaning be good to people even when they don't deserve it, be nice. Christian ministry it's not about you as much as it is about helping people and being the witness that you need to be The Bible says to be perfect even as your father is perfect in heaven Matthew 5 and 48 talk talks about this. Remember you're not there to fix people sometimes you're just there to listen. I believe it's a really good thing and a commandment to go to church The Bible talks about to not forsake the assembling of yourself together.
In this Podcast I talk about Joseph was an honorable and just manned.. Joseph raised up and did as the angel had commanded . Sometimes we don't understand how God will do what he says that he will do But what we supposed to do is be obedient and honorable and let God take care of it.
This Podcast is about last minute mentality trying to stop last minute mentality starting to look at the different areas of your life that could be better. Here's some question what's holding you back? A lot of times it is mindset excuses that you tell yourself. The negative self talk. Here is a question is it your situation or is it how you're thinking about it? Start to identify the different things you need to change in your life. One of the 1st steps is to identify is to identify all the problems and start working on 1 in a small way the small way. Positive things lead to more positive things start being considerate with people if you're gonna be late send them a message.
If you have God you have everything you need. There's a story in The Bible that says he would have passed them by but they bid him come in. They cried out to him he'd come walking on the water and they needed him They called out to him Pray without ceasing we need to specifically ask for things but we need to focus and meditate on God's word we need to do the things that God would have us do be around the people that he would have us be around and separate ourselves from the evil. There's a store in The Bible that talks about the crowd was pressing it was probably loud he cried out the more cried out to Jesus and some of them basically told him to quiet down But he cried much more. Start where yout at cry out to God accept him as your Lord and Savior Today.
The spirtual void in your life cannot be filled with stuff it must be filled with Christ. Accept Christ into your heart now dont wait. He paid the debt accept the free gift right now. When you have a relationship you spend time with them. In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths. Take the time in prayer and in relationship talk to God. You dont have to have a earth shattering event everytime you pray. Just start to pray and talk with God.
Stop complaining stop murmuring be grateful for what you have. Start to put first things first by putting in good.. Start to watch the things that you're allowing into your life. Your eternity matters . Accept the Lord Jesus Christ into your heart and life.
Sometimes we have the wrong mindset. Dont let things cheat you out of a blessings. How do we suppose to be successful Christians if we dont spend time with God and in the bible.
Focus on the right things before you start.
Focus on adding value in every area of your life.
Focus on the mission its not just about you its about helping others, being a good example.
Question your focus is it right? Do you need to readjust your focus, your mindset, how you start your day?
The past is gone why are you still dwelling on what you didnt do?
You might not have hardly any answers but make the first step, then the next step.
God wants to take you from where you are at to where he wants you in the future.
Dont lose your focus on getting good poured into your life daily. Being around people that inspire you and let you see good. Making sure you around Godly people that can lift you up. Putting yourself in vicinity to good. Going to church praising God and reading Gods word are great things that need to be done.
Go to church and get filled up.
Sometimes our thought framework of how we look at things in large part determine were a negative situation can turn into something God wants to mold you with.
Be fruitful to the mission God has given you.
Its not about you focus on your mission in Christ.
Make it about helping others adding value to others life, it is not about you. Add value personally and professionally all areas including your professional and personal life but not limited to that it goes further into others lives.
Try not to take offence when offence is given.
Use things in your life that are hard or negative where you can, to be molded into something better.
Show and teach others, meaning show them the Godly example. Make it about the mission of being the witness you need to be but that means having a time that you can fill up with good to give. Dont try to fill others up when your bucket is empty continually be filling others up by your overflowing bucket because you have spent time with God, you have meditating on Gods word, you have been around others pouring good into you.
How can you use the hard times the problems to be better to make the situation better. Dont let it make you worse ask yourself on those hard things your dealing with how can I use this to be better?
Talking about making your main priority your main focus.
Spend time in the Word reading everyday. Maybe it is just five minutes, and working up to 15 minutes, then 30 mins and beyond.
Focusing on the good of others, building them up, praying for your enemies, focusing on the things we can change and putting action and thoughts on those things
* Refusing to thing about the things we cannot change.
What can you change? Start looking for solutions to grow. Sometimes we don't feel like doing the right thing. We are not called to feelings. Were called to do what we are told.
Take control of the things you can control. And pray about and leave to God the things you cannot control. CHOSE THE BEST ATTITUDE TO HAVE EVERYDAY. LOOK AT THINGS YOU CAN AND SHOULD VIEW AS OPPORTUNITIES NOT PROBLEMS.
BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION NOT THE PROBLEM. REMEMBER WERE NOT CALLED TO EASY WERE CALLED TO BETTER.
You have decide that your going to learn your going to grow and your going to have a better life.
Pod 46 Renewing your mind and putting your confidence in Christ. I talked about putting your confidence in God also talked about renewing your mind. I think every day we need to renew our mind everyday. I think every day we need to make sure that our confidence is in Christ. If our confidence is just in ouselves if we lose a lot our confidence is shaken. If our confidence is in Christ and we focus on working on eternal things and doing good eternal things we have reward now and later.
Standing in truth and focusing on eternal things. Focus on doing what is right. Don't talk about people. Sometimes we just have to give things to God. We need to recognize were not the judge. What are things you need to do that are productive. Focus on doing what is right in Christ. Why are you climbing the mountain is it a eternal mission? Make sure your focused on things that last the eternal. Enjoy the fruit of your labor but don't neglect your mission in Christ. Your mission in Christ those things you do in Christ are eternal things and last when everything that is not eternal things dont.
Interceding in prayer has power. We need to do more than just know what to do, we need to do what we know is right. Don't want until it is a dire situation start early.
Casting down imaginations. Focus on what God wants you to do. Sometimes people will not agree with that. Focus on the things that you need to do that is right. There are things that you can do something about. Don't focus on the negative emotions and the negative things that you can't do anything about. Ask yourself does this really matter in 10 years. If it doesn't matter long term does it really matter? People are not always gonna understand. Most of the time it's best just to get to the point quickly. For a moment I want to talk about when someone hurts sure feelings rather than dwelling on that Cast that thought down and focus on what you need to do that's right.. We need to get to the point that where you think and acts logically. Focus on what needs to be done.
Doing Whats right whether people like it or not. Serving God is not always popular with people, and sometime even people that may claim to be Christians don't want you to do the right thing. Do whats right. Make sure your mindset is right. I really believe sometimes the reason God would have us pray for people is because it sets us free.
Trusting in the Lord a lot of times just means to me trusting him even when I don't know exactly know what hes doing. If I know his word then I know his nature and I believe he has a plan even though I don't always understand. Then just asking God what he wants to do in your life. Be not afraid of sudden fear because the Lord will be your confidence. When we're doing what God wants us to do and we're in God's will we can have an expectation a confidence that God is there working on our behalf. Have faith in Gods promises. Sometimes we just need to repent on a situation and get our conscious right.
Talking about Rejoice in the Lord always.
I see a form of prayer as praise. Its important to be thankful to God for what he has done. Everyday if you take so time to be thankful to God before you start. Put yourself in a state of gratitude. Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest think on these things. Dwell on good things. We need to meditate on Gods word. Think on and dwell on good things. Sometimes we need to choose good in a bad situation. Try to not allow your thoughts to drift. Choose to focus on the good things. Focus on the things we can do something about. Pray for others. Breaking down of strong holds. Hold on to the promises.
David woke up early to do what he was asked to do. He ran to the battle when he new what his mission was. He had criticism he quickly addressed it and moved on. He remembered how God had delivered him. He believed the promise over a giant. He spoke faith, he was not deterred by fear he faced the facts and believed God. He professed faith not fear. He stood on the promise and didn't let fear destroy his destiny.
You need to know the promise you stand.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to thy own understanding in all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths.
Ask God what he wants you to do.
Cast down high thoughts.
Bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
When we start to believe the Promises we can tare down strong holds in Jesus name.
Keep your heart because out of come the issues of life. Thank God for the things he has done for you. Take a few moments everyday just to take a few moments to thank God for things your thankful for. Enter into his courts with praise. Choose every morning something to be thankful for. Stay in the joy of the Lord and not the strife of life. Put yourself in a point of praise everyday of at least one thing. Dont allow work to be a four letter word. Don't run away from work run to good work. Change your focus change your life. Most everything requires work. Feeling follows action and then you may get momentum. Be a servant and start looking at is as doing it for God. All you have in this life will go away unless there eternal. Do everything in love. Be grateful that your able to work change your focus. Chose not to focus on the things that dont matter.
You have to choose to be happy everyday it's not a free gift. You have to the sun before you get started how your day is gonna be, what you're gonna focus on, and to get started right away. You need to think about the things that you're grateful for. You need to consciously choose things to think about, And you need to focus on kicking the bad things out. You cannot always control what comes through your mind. What you need to try to do is when you recognize certain things to redirect your focus. Don't allow the devil to steal.. Don't talk bad about the blessings that you have in your life. Don't talk bad about the people you love. Don't talk bad about the mission God has giving you as too hard or not fair.
Growing in God having a growth mindset. God does not want us in part but he wants us in whole. It is a process it don’t happen all at once. It is a purifying process, over time I think we constantly need to have a growth mindset.
Ask God what do I need to do in this situation?
You need to get silent with God and listen.
Ask what you really want.
Ask God show me how I can do better in this.
I seen this pastor one time. That was praying with me and he stopped and said lets take a minute to see what the Holy Spirit wants to do do here. I thought it was incredibly wise.
We need to ask God and wait on God.
We need to listen to God.
Then obey what God says for you to do now.
When your doing what God tells you to do and someone hurts your feelings who cares? Who is going to remember it 5 years, 10 years or 100 hundred years. What matters is what you did in the mission field. What you did for God. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Declare you will serve the Lord. Talking about if it seems evil unto you to serve the Lord choose you this day whom you will serve. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.
We need to declare what you stand for. Your walk will determine what people see you have declared in your life. If you put in application the things that work you will get better. You will have a better walk. The bible talks about be you perfect even as your father is perfect. That is a huge statement but God wants us to be like him. Be sure your planting good seeds in your life. Its good to pour into other people but you always need to be putting good into your life too. Think on good thing. Whatsoever is good think on those things. You cannot always control the thoughts that come through your mind, but try to choose the thoughts you focus on.
Recognize when you're being attacked. It may come from people that you care about. Base what you say and do off of Truth and facts and not negative emotion. Some people may try to intentionally hurt you and get you to respond in a negative way but in most cases the best thing to do is respond logically without negative emotion ask yourself if there's any truth to what someone's saying and anything you can learn from. Sometimes it pays to ignore situations were people are intentionally trying to hurt you. Most people that are attacking you want you to respond they want you to get mad. Look for the truth in what people say and something you can learn and you can work off of that. Sometimes we need to admit that we could do things better when we see that we can and if it doesn't have any validity and the person cannot respect that then sometimes it's best just to ignore and move on some people you will never change. Sometimes where it's appropriate what you can do is ask someone to show you where you're wrong. You may actually feel that you're in a submissive state but really you're not you're looking for truth. A really important thing to realize is when you see something that you can change and someone points that out sometimes it's best to acknowledge that and say you know what that might be something that I can work on. Don't run away from the truth try to be always in truth and facts.
Sometimes I look at things just from one side. That is how can I be better? When you're in a conversation in business or personal look for the solutions not just the argument. So many times people look for the argument and they just want to argue. So many times the people that are attacking you they just want to get a response from you they want to get you angry. Look at things through the lens of Truth and facts is there anything I can learn about this situation that can make me better what solutions can I find that will help this. If you admit your faults and you become better you've learned something from this situation. Another thing I try to do is point out what I agree with and then point out what I don't agree with and then you can ask somebody to explain. People want to point out something without explaining it. When both of you are working to find the truth you can come up with better solutions better answers but when one person is just trying to state things it's an inaccurate to prove a point what they say breaks down when they have to prove it and you ask them to prove it in a logical way without emotion. Then you point out what you agree with that they may be right on and then you point out the things that they may not be right on that you don't agree with.
Don't let yesterday steal the joy of today. It's good to have someone to talk to but ultimately we need to give our problems to God.
Don't allow the thoughts of yesterday to dwell in your mind and steal the joy of today. You need to ask yourself is there something I can do about this is there something that I can get that's positive by dwelling on this?
You need to identify the thoughts that are Joy stealers and make you unhappy.
Don't waste your time thinking about things you should have let go.
What are the things that you need to be taking action on and doing right now rather than thinking on things you can't do anything about and that are not beneficial to you?
Be action oriented today that's one of the action steps.
Make a list of the things you need to do and then get started right away focus on the tasks. Sometimes we get emotional and we think about things too much in those cases think about the task that you need to do and get started on the things you need to be doing right now regardless how you feel focus your energy rather than on feeling on getting something done and getting it done.
Cast down every high thought.
Cast down everything that is not of God rebuke it in Jesus name speak Life speak the truth speak what God says to speak. He wants you to love people not hate them. Sometimes we may think we don't like someone or we don't like a situation but the truth is we'll call the love one another to do good to one another to pray for one another.
We have to cast down the thing thats trying to bring you down.
Finding a way to have a better walk. Start looking at things the way God would see him not the way you would see him.
*Change your mindset and focus to try to see what God would have you do.
*We need have an understanding of what God Said do so we can clearly Walk it out and know what he wants.
*We need to have discernment of when to speak and when to listen and ultimately we need to ask God before we make a move and we need to listen before we take action.
*We need to come at things through the lens of humbleness and obedience to God that avoids pride.
*We need to continually consult God and what he wants.
*Stop talking about people I call this sometimes keeping your mouth off people.
*Every situation has a right answer a best way to go about things and I think in every situation we need to consult God and what would he have us do.
*Focus on applying this information not just knowing it.
*Focus on being obedient try to stay out of the negative emotions and just do what you need to do whether you feel like it or not.
*I don't think it's as much what you know is what you're living out.
*Stop judging other people, when you're doing this you're probably not doing it right because you cannot see clearly. You do not know what that person has been through that's the reason God is the righteous judge and we are not.
*If we focus on being obedient and doing the things he's told us to do we have a full plate there's no real room to judge other people if we do what we're told to do.
Acting in faith.
Pray for those that despitefully use you. Stop judging people. Do good to people. Make up your mind that you're going to love people no matter what. Keep yourself from talking about people. Stop feeling justified about talking about people that have issues. Making up your mind that you're going to pray for people you're going to ask God to help them.
Make sure your continually moving forward making progress not living in the past. Always make sure you're doing what is right. Always be honest with people. If you always tell the truth you don't have to worry about the lie you told. When you're doing what is right you don't have to worry about what people think as much. Sometimes you don't even have to worry about what people think at all. The truth will bring out your enemies and that's one of the reasons you don't need to be so tired what somebody thinks because that shouldn't be related to your success doing what is right sometimes is in direct contrast what people want you to do. A lot of your enemies probably don't like truth.
I'm talking about first Timothy 3 and 16 it mentions godliness. You know we supposed to look to be godly in all the areas of our life and I mentioned how that we need to identify the areas that we need to be more godly. Identify the areas that you need to be more godly and then ask yourself what would God do. I also talk about in Philippians 2:7 it talks about and took upon him the form of a servant. I believe God wants us to serve and love of the people and that we need to look through the lens of love and as a servant of Christ look at how we supposed to think about things. To be humble, to be thankful, to be blessed, to be grateful, to be obedient. I also talk about standing on truth and facts and seeking the truth being humble, becoming more godly, becoming more of a servant.
I'm talking about putting yourself in the vicinity of where God would wants you the place where it brings you success. I also am talking about when you're praying and God is speaking to you and you're feeling the Holy Spirit how the holy Spirit may be confirming that what you're saying is right and you may need to lay claim to what you're asking for by speaking that im laying claim over that in Jesus Name. I'm also talking about one of the greatest things is obedience to what God's word says you know some of us look just for manifestations but if we learn to look at God's word is a great miracle that we can follow and apply to our and believe that is a great thing to have regardless of whether you see instant results or not believing the word over what you see.
Be deliberate on what you want in your life. Be deliberate don't wait for there to be a demand that has to be placed on your life for you to change. Focus on what you need to do and place a demand on yourself. Focus on putting good in daily, time with God, and the Bible. Regardless how you feel do the right things everyday. What do you need to be deliberate about? Then ask God about it. Start taking action on what you need to do regardless how you feel everyday. Be faithful to ask and then do what you need to do. God is faithful to his promises.
This podcast is talking about the children of Israel coming out for my mom pharaoh and it talks about them to stand still and know that God fights for them.I believe that we need to stay calm and speak and believe God is our provider and have faith in that you know if we're following in is
is principles then I believe we come under his favor and that God will fight for us like he fought for the children of Israel.
I believe what he wants us to do is follow after him and to do the thing that he is told us to do and then be still and know that he is God and I believe that he will work it out for us.
Love your enemies, do good to those that despitefully use you, turn the other cheek. Love is a action not just a strong feeling. Sometimes you have to act when you don't necessarily feel like doing it. You may not feel like showing love but you can still do it. Listen to others don't judge. Make sure what your doing is coming from love.
Podcast 23 from the pit to the palace I'm talking about Joseph when his brothers put him in the pit he got out of the pit and got sold in the slavery and then he got in the palace he got threw in jail got out of jail made it back to the palace because God was able to provide. God's grace his unmerited favor can take care of us throughout our life do you believe that?
You know it's one thing to pray for something in faith but can you pray that God would even help you with the things you don't even know to ask for by just asking God help me with my life guide my life can you have faith that he will do that?you know when talking about Joseph I feel that Joseph past integrity test he went through so many things but I believe he remained faithful to God and I believe God promoted him because of that. He used him to help his family to help his brothers you know to be a servant of God means that you serve sometimes other people needs that you're there to help them to bless them to be a servant of God. If God wants you to have it he can provide it. God can provide in your life what he chooses. Be faithful to what God has given you never forget and have faith of that God is able to take you through and to deliver on those promises that he has made you. Some of the action points today or as follows. Ask God to be with you and help you even when you don't know what to ask for ask God that he'll bless you and keep you and let his will unfold for your life. Ask God what he wants from you in all the areas of your life. Those areas you don't understand what would God have you do? I believe Joseph had integrity and I believe he showed that integrity and I believe he was found faithful be faithful to what you feel God wants you to do in your life that may be just working a hard job it may be being nice to somebody that's not really that nice. The question is what would God have you do in the situation you're in? I believe that is doing the right thing and acting out of love toward others.
We all need God. We have this God size hole in us that cannot only be filled with God. We all have a need. People try to fill that hole up with different things but the only thing that can fill that void is God. Receiving Christ in your heart feels that hole. Then start putting faith in your life, read the bible study Godly faith books. Start focusing on what God says. Build your faith by making sure you are spending time building faith every day. Find a good faith based church and start being around like-minded Christians. We need people we don't always agree with everyone but we need people. We have to make a conscious effort to move toward God because there is constantly things trying to get our attention and time.
Sometimes we need to choose to listen instead of respond. Some people are not in a place to receive what you have to say and the wisest thing to do in some cases is not say anything. Other times you need to speak up but it takes wisdom to know when to do either. Sometimes it is not the place and time to speak. One of the things you can do is ask God what he wants you to do next. You will probably not know all the things you need to do next but if you can find out the one thing you need to now you can start. Sometimes just knowing what you need to do now and starting is better than looking for all the answers and then starting. We generally don't have all the answers we just have enough to start. Sometimes we have to ask God and study up and wait. I think there is a time to make decisions but I think it makes sense to ask God first. Listen to God's still voice. I seen a sign one time that said something like this. If your overwhelmed standstill. We need a peace and sometimes we have to ask God for that. Sometimes we have to wait on God. I want to talk about new resolutions and goals. When we make goals we are focusing even if for a small time back were we want to go. I heard a saying one time that said if you are going off the road don't focus on going off shift your focus to where you want to go. I think often it is good to make goals big or small because it puts you closer to where you want to go. You might say how does it do that? Well if your considering it as soemthing you want your moving at least in your mind closer to it. I've mentioned before that I think often small postive change on your goals daily add up to be more than a big change over time. Focus on just making movement in the right directions. Start by making consistant change toward your goals every day. Even if it is just a small action like making a goal and doing one thing toward. I'm really big on trying to record notes and put them in the right place where you don't have to worry about lossing them. It still happens to me but I'm trying to find a centralized location for things. If you devlop the habit of small consistant change toward your goal it will help you get massive results later. Make goals and set a plan to make those things happen.
I focus on talking about things that you can do something about right now and not focusing on the things that you can't do something about. We often find ourselves in a state of no action. We spend so much time sometimes thinking about things we can't do anything about when you find yourself in this situation become logical and figure out what you need to do right now and then focus your efforts in that direction. you can write down a plan that has stationary things that you need to do in a day where you don't forget but spend some time actually doing the things you need to do write down the things that you don't need to forget but you don't have to spend all of your time focused on things you can't do anything about or things that's happening in the future whether you know about them or whether you don't whether you completely understand everything in the future or whether you don't you need to focus on what you need to do right now. A lot of times what you can do is start those things you know to do but start them early and get a lot of things done to get momentum.
Taking time every day to recognize that we're blessed and the things that God has given us, how far we've come, and just enjoying those moments, that we have in life that we often take for granted or don't even take time to appreciate. We just keep moving forward. Take some time every day to appreciate those things, and put yourself in a state of gratitude that will affect your life profoundly. If we do this everyday, if we start thinking about how far we've come, and what God is blessed us with, and meditate on the things that he is blessed us with, if we do that everyday for the rest of our life, it will change our lives. The seond thing I talk about today is that God is a God of everywhere he understands our situation. Way beyond what we can even comprehend and that gives us Faith to know that he not only knows where we're at but he knows the situation so much greater than we do. Then we can have faith because he knows exactly where we're at. I talk about how that we need to continually put the good in because when we continually put the good in it changes what our focus is. It changes how we interact with people. Subconsciously it changes us to have more, to be more, to be grateful it changes us in our everyday life on things that we cannot possibly completely understand.
Talking about the greatness of God. Some of the amazing things God does. He sent his Son to die on the Cross for our sins that whoever would receive him would have eternal life. I talk about Romans 10.
This Episode talks about being real with people and not being fake and trying to cover up stuff. Also, about not seeking glory but seeking the right thing. When you do that you're not seeking the wrong thing like glory, but your seeking the right thing to do. The third thing is being easy and gentle with people and listening to them. Sometimes we don’t always have to know it all, but we can listen and take time to meet them where they are. We don’t even have to agree sometimes we can still listen to people. Some people may try to hurt you but learning to be still good and not let it mess you up but loving people anyway.
Being prepared in all those areas in your life. Sometimes the things that they say that are hurtful may have some truth that we can learn from sometimes. Those things in your life what are those areas that you can learn from. What are those areas you can do better on. Name those areas in your life that you can do better on. Your work relationships your personal relationships what are those things you need to do better?
What are the small things you can do in those areas that make small progressive change in the right direction. You don't always have to have big moves just small consistent moves makes a big difference. Start identifying what matters and what don't matter. A lot of things that you do right now may not matter in the next 5 minutes. Some things that people do and say don't matter in the next five minutes. The action point is sometimes not focusing on the stuff that doesn't matter. That also means those thoughts that don't matter. Some thoughts that come through your mind are just a waste of time, and certaintly don't need to focus on them. If you cannot do something about what your thinking on why focus on it. Does it really deserve that much of your time? Start focusing on what you do need to do something about. Start focusing on what you can do right now that is productive, start thinking on things that are productive. This may help you stop a lot of thoughts that come into your mind that are not productive and are just a waste of your time. You cannot always stop these thoughts but if you start to recognize them you can start to recognize and redirect to something you should be doing when you can.
Start identifying the areas you need to improve.
What are the things you can start working on in those areas.
Two things you can do right now that should help you.
Small progressive steps consistently in the right direction adds up to be big change.
Do everything as if it was unto the Lord.
Talking about 1 Thessalonians 5 and being at peace among others. We need to make sure that we are not in pride. Minimizes trouble when you can dwell among others in peace . We have set our mind and focus that we are on going to do the right thing. Love the Lord thy God with all your mind soul and strength and love thy neighbor as thyself. Focus on sowing good seed. You don’t always have to feel like doing good to do good. Focus on doing what is right in action regardless whether you feel like doing it or not. Choose to listen, sometimes being at peace means just shutting your mouth and listening. You might not always agree but sometimes listening keeps the peace. Don’t render evil for evil. Leave it with God, pray about it and let him handle your troubles. You are not the judge he is.
Rejoice always. If you chose to rejoice always what would your days be like. I heard it said that if we count our blessings they will multiply. Giving thanks to God in your life for things he has given you. Join together with like-minded people. Learn to listen to others we don’t always have to agree but sometimes it feels good just to be heard. Pray without ceasing. Sometimes I think we need to just say God what would you have me do in this situation. In everything give thanks. Just a small prayer of thanks. Thank you Lord for the blessings in my life. Start to name the things God has blessed you. It starts changing our mindset. Be a positive seeker. Look for the blessings God is doing.
Podcast 12 is talking about making sure we're not complaining in our mind and in our life. Making sure we're not talking about people. Making sure we're speaking good about people. Understanding that complaining and murmuring and talking about people is Joy Steelers.
Refocus your mind on what you need to be thinking about right now and doing right now. A action step is to start to recognize the thoughts that we don't need to think. We cannot always do something about those things. What we can do sometimes when we take thought is try to redirect our actions and our thoughts to what we need to be thinking about right now.
The notes are below.
Podcast 12 Fulfill ye my joy.
Phillipians 2 , talking about fulfill you my joy.
I think it is super important for us to operating in joy. So many times in your our life we have some much going on that we don’t take time to enjoy it.
Make sure you are having joy in your life.
That means scheduling things you want to do that may bring you joy
2nd part of this is have joy in what your having to do. Make the best out of the situation your in……
Choose to be joyous.
Choose your focus, you may be saying you don’t understand what I have to go through. The truth is I don’t but I do know this. You will never get this time again. Make the best of it by choosing what you focus on. Choose what you can do that is productive, refocus on things you can do something about. The bible talks about doing everything as to the Lord. Some may have difficult people in there life. Sometimes we have to ignore things, get away from situations but in most cases if you realize that most things people say doesn’t matter beyond five minutes you can start focusing on what you can do and focus on more important things and
14 and 15
Murmurings and disputings…..
Choose not to complain or talk about other people. Those things are joy stealers. If there is nothing that is productive that can come from it why say it why think about it.
Another Step – The thoughts that try to come into your mind that is not productive or put you in a bad mood choose to redirect by focusing on something that is positive. The first key to start to recognize them and then you can start to redirect your focus and hopefully actions on other things that matter and that are good.
The bible talks about think on good things.
Don’t have time to talk about people, it is hurting you and you may not even know it. At the very least it is a waste of time.
Another point is don’t wait for your day to be good make up your mind regardless what happens your going to have a good day.
Podcast 11 Give praise to God. Don't forget to be thankful. Remember where you've come from. Lay up for yourself treasures in heaven.

This is a Christian podcast about having a better walk with God. Podcast 9 What you choose to do.
Podcast 13 lift up other people is about making sure we're showing actions of love. The Bible talks about look not every man on his own things but every man also on the things of others. When we have opportunity to help others and it's the right thing to do then we should do it. One of the action points here is to make sure we're showing actions of love not just love and feeling but actually taking actions regardless of whether we feel like it or not. Another action point is realizing the good things about somebody so many times we see the bad we focus on the bad and we see more bad and it can even taint our Outlook. See people how they could be. Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves that's what the Bible talks about. Don't focus on what all is wrong with somebody because you're likely to see more bad things focus on what they're doing right and you will see more right things that they're doing good too and the potential that they have.
Being humble, that is one of the examples that Christ left us.
Philippians 2
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
Philippians 2
4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
I really think this comes down to actions and choosing to do good regardless if we want to or not.
