This was such a fulfilling season. Nothing felt rushed. Every character was given attention. There was humor, romance, emotions running wild. And that anime fight at the end? Amazing. I'd love to see another show from this team.

That moment when Wolf saves the cat is so cute. I've never wanted to be a wolf more than in that very moment. I definitely thought that there was gonna be some romance between him and the fox. This movie is full of cliches being put on their side.

Watching these two try and coerce each other into confessing is a trove of comedy. Their schemes and planning are way too complicated for high school romance. And everyone around them knows they love each other. KAGUYA AND THE PRESIDENT know they love each other. This is ridiculous...

Trolls are people too. Well, not really. But they aren't inherently monsters. I think Hilda and friends prove this time and time again. Even though Hilda and her mom don't see eye-to-eye all of the time, they need each others' different viewpoints. They'll be really different after this season.

Children will change your life. At least that's what I've heard. This is true for Gru. Part of me would love to see Gru's past adventures, seeing how he became a villain. But seeing him become a "hero" is fun too. He cares about these kids and I think he'll grow into a good father.

Looking back at this film, it's pretty weird. It's already been publicly discussed how odd the main romantic relationship is. But we just kinda skip over it, because it's a cartoon. Stuff like that happens all the time, right? I can't say that I believe that bees deserve the same rights as people, but if they are sentient beings, it's hard to argue against them.

This show was kinda unexpected. I have no connection to He-Man. There's no nostalgia there. But I kept seeing this show pop up, and I'm glad I gave it a shot. Good characters, fun world, and some real consequences to certain peoples' actions. This first season builds a ton of potential.

In another world, this movie is a horror film. We've all seen that Goosebumps episode with the doll, or the ventriloquist puppet, right? Now that I think about it, this WAS a horror film for Sid. Yeah, he was a rotten kid, but we only care about toys because an Andy's toys are our main character.

This is a ridiculous interpretation of basketball. Each member of the Generation of Miracles has a superpower. It kinda reminds me of The Fast and Furious. People who are supposed to be normal, but they are straight out of a comic book. Or anime, I guess.

This definitely gave me Avengers Infinity War vibes, with the different stones that each have different powers. The characterization of each main member is done really well, and you get taken on a much more emotional journey than what I originally expected.

Talk about being on the edge of your seat, jeez. Pretty much every episode had a moment where you couldn't believe what was happening. King being a titan, Eda and Raine meeting each other, the Lumity scene, everything that The Collector did, etc. I can't fathom how they'll actually pull everything together.

Make room for the new generation. I came into this show thinking Robin would be my favorite (because of Batman), but Aqualad is really dope. Everyone character has their own quirk that makes them fun and relatable. And the weight of the realization they come to at the end of the season is pretty heavy.

There's a weird kind of comfort I feel when watching this show. There's no shortage of sitcom adult animated series out there in the world. But Bojack stands out, for a reason that I can't quite put my finger on. Maybe it's the mixture of the humans and animal characters? Or maybe it's just how depressing the Bojack Horseman characters is, where other main characters stay carefree due to their ignorance?

Hilda is delightful. It's mostly just a nice, slice of life story about this girl that used to live in the woods. Now she has some friends who also have their quirks, and they kinda go on adventures. The end of the season had a couple dark moments, but ended all good.

I kinda want a prequel movie about Big Z's life. His love for surfing, and his sort of corruption that happened, due to the loyalty to his fans. Watching him help steer Cody clear from that was magical to watch. And Chicken Joe is the coolest character ever put on screen.

This is the movie that made Spider-Man my favorite superhero character. Every Spider-Man in this movie was interesting, and fun, and I want to see more of them. The look and feel of this move was groundbreaking. So much so, that now every show or movie that comes out and does anything experimental gets credited as being inspired by this film.

This is truly a masterpiece. I' not saying this is the greatest animated film ever made. But I feel like Spongebob was firing on all cylinders when this move came out, so there was a lot to live up to. Fans would be disappointed if it just felt like a long episode of the show. But you can't make it to fantastical, that it strays far from who the characters fundamentally are.

Sometimes you just don't wanna be the hero anymore. I'm sure it's exhausting. You just don't expect your villain nemesis to get bored and try to create a clone of yourself to fight against. You think Joker would make another Batman? On second thought, there's a million batman comics, that's probably happened already.

That No-Face thing always freaked me out. Cuz he. started off cool and mysterious, but then turned into a monster that ate people alive. At least Haku never stopped being cool. He's like the Studio Ghibli version of Sasuke. A version that doesn't betray all of his friends to kill the person that actually loved him most. Anyway...how did Chihiro know that none of those pigs were her parents?

What's the next logical step for our crew after being stranded in Madagascar? Well we should put them in Africa of course. It's funny, because now they actually get to interact with others of their own kind. There's a lot more heartache than you'd originally expect though.

How can you improve upon perfection? Shrek 2 will show you how. This movie adds new elements that don't feel like filler. They expand the universe in a fun and clever way. And there are still stakes that we care about the outcome of. I wonder if Shrek 3 will also be an improvement?

Imagine building a memory machine so you can remember something from your past, only to then stumble across a functional tie machine. That's the best possible outcome. I think the best part about all of this, is that we get to meet this delightful family, with all these colorful quirks. Yeah, you gotta go to war with a artificially intelligent bowler hat, but that's just how the cookie crumbles.

This season is really where the show shows its true colors. Gone are the days when you were hype to see scouts kill a group of titans. Now there's a war that has spanned generations, and our main characters are on the wrong side of it. Also there's some weird time-magic happening.

My absolute favorite anime movie (at the time of writing this). I hate everyone in the first part of this movie Why bully the deaf girl? Even as kids, that seems harsh. The emotional drama that ensues is physically draining. But it's told in such a beautiful way, that I'm on the edge of my seat the whole time.

One of my favorite modern cartoons. Easily. Luz and Amity are the cutest thing ever. The peeling back of the layers of Eda's character is amazing. The mystery of King is a rollercoaster. Even the "side characters" are given lots of energy, like Gus and Willow. I can't wait to see how this story ends. And I hope some other studio ives money and resources to Dana and the crew to make more stuff in The Owl House universe.

The metaphor of the red panda is very clever. I need to see more of this friend group, jus having some normal teenager misadventures. The mom is supremely overbearing this entire film, and it hurts me to watch. Especially some of those cringe moments. But this all mixes together, and forms a wonderful coming-of-age tale. This movie deserves a theatrical release.

Adding dragons to something, instantly makes anything cooler. Especially when there's different types of dragons. "Night Fury" is also the illest name for a dragon. The fact that the seemingly incompetent Hiccup is the one who tames it, makes it that much more satisfying.

This U is concerning. For the most part, it seems like a harmless game, where you can be the person you've always wanted to be. But then The Dragon is introduced and we see that this world can be cruel. The law enforcement is corrupt and power-hungry. As long as Bell(e) sings songs, everything will be okay. Right?

It's a hotel...for monsters. Other than the fact that it's built upon the belief that ALL humans would reject monsters and take any chance to hunt them to extinction, I think this is a great idea. Way too easy for a wandering traveler to just waltz on in. But it all works out in the end, when The kids bridge the gap between their two species.

This show is weird for me. I know it's a super popular show, but it has mixed reviews. I think it had a strong start, with a fun premise, and likable characters. But then it "ends" 2/3 of the way through, and I'm wondering what the rest of the show is. Then there's a weird thing with his "sister", and a creepy thing involving Asuna. And then, they decide to go back into the game. Absolutely wild.

Tohru is too pure. She just walks through life blissful as can be. But she carries her own type of trauma, that doubles as an unintentional device to help the ones she loves. This is one of the more emotional shows I've seen recently, and it's firing on all cylinders. I hope they're able to break the curse.

I feel like this is a dream for some, and a nightmare for others. Going back to high school is quite the decision. But when you've essentially flushed your life down the toilet, there really aren't any downsides. This show has some fun characters, that all have some things to work through. Also, make sure to watch the OVAs, because they are the actual ending to the show.

So...you're telling me that everyone's a titan now? That's just the world now? Also there's this beast titan that is super intelligent, can speak, and is a general to the other titans? This just isn't fair anymore. At least in season 1 there was a little bit of hope. Now it looks like they may as well just dig their graves now.

The nostalgia hits hard with this one. I had this on VHS, and watched it all the time. Truly a Dreamworks classic. Little did they know, this would spawn several sequels, then get bought out by their major competitor Disney, then get milked dry. But we'll talk about that another day.

I'll be the first to admit I was wrong about this show. I actually first watched the 1st season like 4 years ago, and I didn't like it. I though everyone was overrating this show. After watching it again, I realize old me was delusional, because this season is spectacular. So many dope characters, and some mystery elements I didn't expect.

Honestly, the penguins steal the show for me. I love characters who just pop up every now and again, but do wacky things. Who would've thought that these little birds would basically be secret agents, capable of a mutiny? Of course, the gang of animals getting stranded on "Connecticut" is a fun ride as well. This is also a nice setup for adventures to continue as a franchise.

Shrek is love, Shrek is life. Memes aside, this movie is legitimately good. There's a reason it spawned three sequels (and possibly a fourth?). Mike Myers and Eddie Murphy are a great pair, and never stop firing off jokes. There's a lot of (not so) subtle world-building with the fairytales, that admittedly gets more fleshed out as the series goes on.

I mention it more than necessary in this episode, but I'm in awe of how much emotion the characters can portray with almost no dialogue between the two main characters. Not only that, it's pretty cool to see a dinosaur fight stuff. And then we have the surprise cliffhanger, that can really open up the world.

Light deserved this, right? I'm not sure that the ends justify the means in this scenario. I'd be terrified of even touching something called the 'Death Note'. That's bad news. I do like the dynamic between Light and L. By far the best part of this show, seeing them go blow for blow. 37 episodes is a weird choice, but it works.

What an incredibly strange show. I see why so many people like it. There's mystery, romance, comedy, action, and so much more. Most of the characters are very likable, and each one has a unique story. The writers always keep you guessing. And they ended it with an insane multi-part finale. But one of the best aspects to the show, is how much speculation is induced, and that's what I'll be diving into.

No one wants to believe they'd become Scrooge, but most of us never experience this type of wealth. I'm not defending Scrooge, but it's just sad that the people around him weren't able to get through to him. He was already too far gone by that point. It took a paranormal experience to fundamentally change his overall mindset. Side note: Jim Carrey killed this role.

Sometimes you have to re-evaluate your tradition. New year, new me. Klaus is definitely NOT Santa, but helps Jesper change the town for the better. I really like Klaus's outfit in the end. Can you believe these kids were getting presents everyday? Then the gesture got nerfed, and they only get presents every Christmas.

From the jump, you fall in love with our homeless trio. They all have colorful personalities, and different reasons why they're in the position they're in. Even with some friction, they still clearly care for each other. The general public doesn't always treat them with respect, but good people are actually more present than you'd originally believe. That's really the key to their success with this return mission.

I remember our school librarian reading this picture book to our class back in elementary school. I don't remember if this movie was out by that point. Anyway, this is an animated Christmas classic. There are definitely some questionable choices made in this film, but I think those are outweighed by its delightfulness.

We've see a couple Grinch movies at his point, and this one is a great addition. We get a good mix of heart and comedy, while telling a nice Grinch story. I think this is a good choice, for anyone wanting a modern animated Christmas movie. So many characters stand on their own two feet, and are a joy to watch interact with each other.

This is kind of like David and Goliath. Sure, Shiratorizawa are really tall, and powerful, and are definitely the favorites to win. But Karasuno are full of tricks, and are kinda reckless, but are still able to pull off the upset. Shoutout to Tsukishima who really grew into a key player, and was the MVP for the win. Now let's see how they do on the National stage...

Protect Nezuko at all costs. Even though she can probably take care of herself. Tanjiro does his best either way, constantly beheading stronger and stronger demons. And we can't leave out Zenitsu and Inosuke. I can't wait to see how this group develops, especially since they have such different fighting styles. Side note: these Hashira are next level, and I hope we see them in action more.

What a show. What. A. Show. This was a ride. I was all in from the very beginning. I wasn't expecting it to be this sad. The mom sucks, and absolutely doesn't get redeemed. The Kosei-Kaori relationship was the biggest rollercoaster of any anime I've seen. If ya'll like this, please go watch I Want to Eat Your Pancreas. That movie has the same story as this show, and they are both 10/10.

Anybody here actually play League of Legends? Or are you just here for the show? I'm honestly surprised its taken this long for an adaptation like this, given how popular League of Legends is. Give them all the time they need, because this show is a banger. Quite possibly the best cartoon to air this year. The story, characters, art style, etc are all top notch. Will this make me play League of Legend? No. Will I be impatiently waiting for season 2? Absolutely.

All kids eventually leave the nest, to become their own person. Katie does this in a very creative way, but to her dad's disappointment. It's tough to be passionate about your daughter's tech-based dreams, when you don't even understand how to use the browser on your phone. There's obviously a disconnect there. Oh, and then there's also the end of the world, caused by an A.I. uprising. Who could've guessed?

This man stumbles upon a genie, and doesn't immediately wish to be rich. Absolutely crazy. He also has been trying his whole life to reunite with Li Na, but doesn't really use a wish to accomplish that either. It's like he's never watched Aladdin. Din eventually figures it out though, and he changes the lives of the people around him.

This show is the embodiment of hype. Every play has me on the edge of my seat. I feel like if they lose, I lose. But unfortunately, we saw a lot of loss this season. A lot of laps. They are much stronger as a result, and these new weapons are dangerous. I'm honestly just glad they finally buried Oikawa. That man got on my nerves like no other.

I'm pretty sure Anne went Super Saiyan. I wasn't expecting that. I also wasn't expecting Marcy to get iced like that. Other than the absolutely insane True Colors finale, the show is really funny and charming. They really made the Plantars feel like an authentic family, who always have each other's backs. I don't know where the third (and final?) season will end up, but I'm sure it'll be incredible.

You guys see that quick attack? I don't know how accurate this show is compared to real-life volleyball, but if it's similar, volleyball may be the best sport on Earth. My whole body tenses up whenever I watch one of their matches. There's a ton of things that make this show great. I'll touch on the hype moments, the importance of the rivalries, and break down each player on Karasuno's team.

I loved watching Teen Titans as a kid, getting hype every time the theme song came on. Do y'all remember when they'd play the Japanese version of the theme song?
