The absence of gratitude in the life of any individual leads to the life of destitute.
God is merciful; he has given to us all things which patterns to life and godliness;
He expects gratitude.
As an earthly parent of a natural/earthly children, would you be pleased or satisfied when your children, either (he/she) fails to appreciate
the physical or natural gifts and splendor you shower on them?
This will clearly indicate an attitude of un-thankfulness, lack of acknowledgement and a spirit of ingratitude.
God does not expect from us what He has not given to us - He gave you life and expect you to receive salvation (His Son) by acknowledging him and confessing him s your Lord and Savior.
He gives you bread (feeding) daily, he wants You to thank Him; He protects you by day, by night, to and fro; He needs your worship. It's imperative to understand the danger of ingratitude. God would not for a moment joke with His Glory.
The Lord would say: Give unto God what is God's (Mark 12 vs 17).
If you know and regard in your heart that God is the source of your existence - then, you should never withhold His praises,
and should appreciate Him for whom he has made to be, and how He's made you.

God's Word says we can have confidence that when we pray, He hears us and we have the petitions we desire of Him. The only requirement here, is that those petitions be made in accordance with His will for our lives. Here lies the underlining question: "How do we know His will?

Matthew 6; tells us how Our Lord Jesus Christ taught The early Disciples to the point of accessing The Father through Prayer. Man's needs are insatiable, but when it comes to the part of desiring to know the Father - there you'll find satisfaction. There's a mandate for every true believer, and children of the Kingdom of Heaven, verses 10 of that chapter; pointed to the necessity of God's domain that must be represented, that very Kingdom on the Earth. Based on our titled series for the month of August "COURAGEOUS LIFE";
Considering amongst most recent believers, the need to actualize dreams, the drive to accomplish goals and so on, have become a fight of fear rather than that of faith.
COURAGE is not the absent of fear, instead it connotes your stand, based on what God has said ( you believing in what God has already said) concerning a situation which you have understanding of, and the positive decision taken in-spite of the circumstance.
MASTERY OVER FEAR - Fear is a spirit, it is one of the greatest weapon the enemy uses to fight believers, with it, he primes his way.
If you must defeat the enemy, you must desire wisdom in the leading of the Holy Spirit, without which you fall prey to his cunning, and deceptive ways.
God loves you and wants you to be victorious and not be victimize; hence, you must equip yourself with knowledge from God's Word over the agenda of your adversary. Wisdom teaches you what you must apply, how to apply and when to apply what you know - the WORD OF GOD is sharper and quicker than any two-edged sword; this is where you gather the momentum to mastery over the schemes of the enemy including fear.
More-so, your prayer habit must be very fervent and effectual.. Jesus Christ encourages every believer to pray in order not to fail when temptation arises.

As humans, most times vulnerability comes to play not minding your status in terms of spiritualty, age, looks or tribe. This is one more reason why we need God's intervention. Acts 18:9; A call to action, we need not remain silent - the more we disagree and disallow the plans of our enemies in the place of prayer, the safer we are and frustrating they become but, if we choose to remain silent, then it portrays our consent to harm, failure and all the likes of the enemy's activities detrimental to our life purpose on earth.
Don't sleep too much, even though sleep is meant to give rest to our body; Jesus also taught his disciples and us to watch and pray lest we fall into temptation. Every child need to regard prayer as a necessity, just as water is not only essential but a necessity for a Fish to survive; likewise prayer to every children of the kingdom of Heaven on earth.
Call forth the things you want to see, disarm and destroy those negativities that are staring at you in the dark. Note that, heaven has given you the mandate to pull down and to destroy, to bind and to brake. there's authority in you, and the right time to exercise it is now!
Ultimately, the word of God stands unaltered - principles can not be broken. God's promise according to Malachi 3:11 is a seal; even the devil knows and he's bound should any child of God abide by the rule of the principle. We must not wait to discover our health, finance, marriage or any of our belongings deteriorating before we start to bind and loose; rather it is important we live to the rules of the principles.

The plan of God for His Children is to prosper them in every area of life.
