Dallas Officer Amber Guyer found guilty of murdering Jean Botham in his own apartment. She admitted and repeated 19 times on the 911 call she thought she was in her apartment. The Prosecutor poked some many holes in her story of self defense. That the jury found her undoubtedly guilt of murder not man slaughter. Which would have given her a lesser sentence. Botham was doing nothing but watching TV and eat a bowl of ice cream. It was made clear that she shot him in the heart and the other shot went over his head. She clearly enter the apartment to kill a person she says was an intruder in her apartment.
