It's hard to do audio-casts when I'm out in the sun for 10+ hours, but I got it done! If I sound exhausted, that's because I am LOL.
Cooler and less humid weather coming for tomorrow and into the first part of next week.
Short and sweet this morning. Please let me know if I'm too quiet. My wife is sleeping still and don't want to wake her up lol.
Heat with possible storms and heavy rain later. Relief from the 80s is on the horizon. That horizon is just a ways away yet.
I am trying to freelance my forecast for audio. That way it's not the same exact thing you read with the text.

Well... This isn't a forecast, but kind of a teaching about stuttering and damn that word stuttering is HARD to say!!! You would think they would come up with an easier word to say! This is a longer episode and I'm a bit tired while recording it, but I wanted to get in some practice. I also wanted to let you hear what a person with a stutter sounds like as well. I tried working on the techniques tonight and they just didn't work, which was frustrating. I had a super good session today and even worked with my wife a little bit. Oh well. Tomorrow is a new day.

Tonight I did something totally different and it seemed to work or so I think. I was talking as I typed out what I wanted to say. This for one slows me down so I can get out the words. Another rough forecast. I did not sing or add in the ad for this one. I think people probably get sick of hearing the same ad over and over again. I think this one was rough due to 2 factors. Just a little bit more rough tonight, but that might be due to the heat I was in today or something. Continuing to work on my confidence and fluency. 3 things I need to work on: 1:) Talk on an a big deep breath. 2:) SLOOOOOW DOWN. 3:) Easy onset to sounds. I have taught myself over the past 36 years to talk on no air and to spit it all out at once or at least try to. This won't get fixed overnight.

I think i did better with the normal Sam voice. It's still a work in progress. Had speech therapy today after work and it was a bit frustrating for the first bit. I could NOT relax and get fluent. All I need to do is breath and slow down and I'm good. Have a good night! Thanks for the listen!
