These episodes are conversations with people who creator Zoya Yaseka sees as catalysts for mindfulness in leadership, coaching, mentorship & parenting. The programming is certified for Life Coaching and Consulting based in Mindfulness and Gymnastics.
This is the last part of the Checking in with Destiny conversation. Destiny was one of the first mentees Zoya was able to take through Prescription for Life as a leader. This afforded Zoya the blessing of getting to witness Destiny blossom exponentially outside of Gymnastics. In this episode we talk about growing through our fears and what we have to contribute to the realm of teaching, coaching and mentorship.
