This episode makes a reference to SMART goal setting. Details below:
A SMART goal is a specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goal-setting framework. The SMART criteria are designed to ensure that goals are well-defined and can be effectively pursued. Here's a breakdown of each element of a SMART goal:
Specific: Goals should be clear and well-defined, leaving no room for ambiguity. They answer the questions of what, why, who, where, and how. A specific goal is more likely to be achieved because it provides a clear direction.
Measurable: Goals should include criteria for tracking progress and determining when the goal has been achieved. This involves quantifying the goal in terms of size, duration, or other relevant metrics. Measurable goals help in assessing the extent of progress.
Achievable: Goals should be realistic and attainable. While it's great to set ambitious objectives, it's important that they are feasible and within reach. Setting unattainable goals can lead to frustration and demotivation.
Relevant: Goals should be aligned with broader objectives and contribute to the overall mission. They need to be meaningful and directly related to the desired outcome. Relevance ensures that efforts are focused on what truly matters.
Time-bound: Goals should have a defined timeframe or deadline. This adds a sense of urgency and helps in preventing procrastination. It also allows for evaluation and adjustment of strategies if progress is not being made within the expected time frame.
An example of a SMART goal: "To increase monthly website traffic by 20% over the next three months through content marketing efforts, measured by Google Analytics, to attract potential customers and improve online visibility."
This goal is specific (increase website traffic), measurable (by 20%), achievable (through content marketing efforts), relevant (to attract potential customers), and time-bound (within the next three months).

In this episode, we discuss:
Self-sabotage happens when we create problems in our daily lives that interfere with our long-term goals.
In this episode, you will learn:
It's important to prioritize your well-being and seek help from friends, family, or mental health professionals if you're struggling with negative thoughts or behaviors.

Do you like listening to murder mysteries or true crime? If so, then you’d likely be interested in this episode.
I often find myself listening to true crime, murder mysteries, and dark history stories. It’s not for my own entertainment, but for the simple reason of understanding WHY. What goes through the suspect’s mind prior to and during the heinous act?
Our curiosity is a key reason why we frequently want to listen to or read about the suspect's motive, despite how we feel about them. In fact, the more awful the scenario, the more interested we are likely to be. Why is that??? Tune in to this week's episode to find out why!
Hope and spring are both linked in our bodies, minds, and souls. The biological and psychological processes that fuel connection, competence, survival, and spirituality get a boost in the spring through nature. Hope remains present in the heat of the summer, the gloom of the autumn, or the frigidness of the winter. However, no other season can compare to the abundance of hope that spring brings. Tune in to this week's episode where I dive into why spring is THE season of hope.
Today is my birthday!! I'm excited to share some lessons (both challenging and transformative) I've learned along the way. Tune into this week's episode to hear about 15 of them. The blog post will be going live this week so if you'd like to check it out, visit noraknadjian.com later this week.

Uncertainty. We’ve all felt it. Maybe you feel it now. I have a few upcoming life-changing events coming up that I feel a bit uncertain about at times. It’s neither bad nor good. It’s a neutral feeling that we assign meaning to. There are many theories and studies on uncertainty and how it affects our psyche. Tune into this week's episode to hear some of those theories!
We're switching things up this week and gifting you a guided meditation on mindfullness. When we’re facing uncertainty, it can trigger feelings of anxiety, fear, and stress. But regardless of how much time we spend worrying or strategizing, we can’t predict the future or control what happens. That’s where mindfulness comes in. It can help us reconnect to the present moment, interrupt the worries and worst case scenarios running through our minds, and become more comfortable with uncertainty.
If you're ready to make your life toxin free, then this episode is for you! All you need to do is make one simple change to your diet or lifestyle every day for the next 30 days. These simple steps will make a big impact on your overall health and your daily life in only a short amount of time.
More toxins are being exposed to us now than ever before, and our bodies the main target. Let's change this!
Now, more than ever, it’s important to reduce your exposure to toxic chemicals. I’ve searched high and low, and found the best tips from holistic wellness coaches, dieticians, natural health experts, and clean living bloggers. Each of these tips will have made a significant impact on your (and your family's) toxic body burden. After this challenge, you'll enjoy the benefits of a clean, toxin-free lifestyle.
Are you in? Let’s get started!

Hello! In this episode, we discuss the ongoing phenomenon of our collective focus being stolen by distractions, social media, and more. We share ways to build up your attentional toolbox so you can regain your focus when you need it the most. This episode is inspired by the market research I conducted earlier this week and this was a request a follower sent me. I'm also currently reading a book called "Stolen Focus" by Johann Hari. This is a topic that I'm actually also currently navigating through so I wanted to record this episode ASAP.
Johann Hari offers a comprehensive picture of the forces we are up against in a society that inundates us with information and stimuli. Yes, the devices are powerful and far too many, at times, to combat. Yet, Hari also argues that with the use of powerful exercises and techniques, we can win back our ability to focus and pay attention. Tune in now to learn more on how to regain you focus so you can be a better critical thinking, leader, and master of your skills, job, parenting, and more!

There’s a misconception that having a plant-based diet is expensive. This is sooo far from the truth. We ALL know by now that eating healthy is GOOD. Whether we apply this knowledge to our daily lifestyle is another story. A story we’ll address here in this episode.
The top 12 foods with the most pesticides are called the Dirty Dozen. The top 15 foods with the least pesticides are called the Clean 15. These lists are fantastic to take with you on your shopping trips to know when to buy organic and when it’s ok to buy conventional. Screenshot the two lists below:

Here’s the truth: most of us will repeat the same thing we always do: set some goals that will be forgotten about mid-January, feel like a failure, feel discouraged, and probably wait ‘til next year to set them again. So this year I'm proposing something different: JUST BE. Don’t recycle resolutions from past years that you didn’t achieve.
Release the expectations of others and and let your God-given intuition take the lead in guiding you through the year. Navigate this new year with Jesus and pray for clarity to move forward and be comfortable and at peace with who you are. I’m willing to bet that you’ll attract an abundance of positive opportunity into your life. Once you’re at that peaceful place, jot down your goals. Tune in to this week's episode to learn how to set goals you'll ACTUALLY keep.

It's crucial for us to practice self-care as a regular part of our daily or weekly routine. It's just as important as showering, flossing, exercise, and eating healthy. Similar to stress, self-care will also impact our mood, our sleep, our functioning at work, and even our relationships. When we are not caring for ourselves as we should, these are just some of the areas that we may see being affected. We may also notice increased irritability, anxiety, and increased fatigue. In this episode, I teach you the ways of improving your ability to handle stress by practicing self-care efficiently.
