Stress and Anxiety depend on us
And cannot survive once we decide
To no longer feed them

I am blessed to be what nobody else could ever be:
Me.
The funny, flawed, weird, amazing,
beautiful, unique, and priceless,
Me.

What if anger helps us pay attention to the things we otherwise would ignore,
But leaves us the freedom to choose what to do about it?
Remember, the words of others do not define you.
Your actions define you.
But words still have value and can still cause pain,
Or, words can be life-giving.
No matter what the case is,
do not let regret have a siege in your heart.
Or it will hold you captive, forever.
The light you share with others,
will eventually come back to illuminate your own path.
Yes letting go can be difficult at times, but know that by doing so,
By letting go of the bad,
we can put ourselves in a position to receive the good.
There is time for everything under the sun,
A time to plant, a time to cry, and a time for rain.
But there’s also a time to reap, a time to laugh, and a time for clear skies.
The tide is shifting because your time is coming.
The season is slowly changing.
So don’t give up.
The world awaits for you to manifest your greatness in your field of calling.
So starts cultivating it now, when nobody’s watching,
So that when the time comes and the stage is set,
When the opportunity presents itself,
The reveal can be one that will be remembered for generations to come.
Yes. being your best will be good for your spouse
Yes, being your best will be good for your parents
Yes, being your best will be good for your children
But the most important reason you should be your best
Is because it will be good for you.
It doesn’t matter if the entire world around you is trying to stop you,
As long as you don’t join them in trying to stop yourself.
Just like your body doesn’t deserve all the junk food that’s out there, Your mind doesn’t deserve all the junk you let in it everyday. So let me ask: Are you on a diet?
You owe it to yourself to live your life to its fullest. Dare to be courageous enough to find out what that life looks like.
Do not be intimidated by the length of the journey ahead because even the longest of journeys begins with one step.
