From commission housing to leading a global financial services powerhouse.

The final episode of Season 7 of Relentless: Life On Your Terms — and our 140th episode — features a very special guest: Tamas Szabo, Group CEO of Pepperstone, an international financial services company.

This one is different.

It’s raw, honest, and full of perspective from someone who has built success not just in business — but in life.

Tamas’s journey is built on:

🔥 A “fire in the belly” forged from humble beginnings
🌍 Scaling a global business across multiple continents and regulatory environments
📈 Leading in an industry where uncertainty is the only constant
🧠 Making decisions in high-pressure, high-stakes environments
⚡ Executing relentlessly — even when the plan changes

But what stands out most is his mindset.

No shortcuts. No “get rich quick.”

Just discipline, patience, and the ability to take calculated risks.

In this episode, we explore:

💡 Why execution will always outperform ideas
📊 The reality of financial markets — and why most people get it wrong
👥 Hiring lessons: why it’s better to wait than settle
🔄 The importance of adapting fast when plans inevitably change
🧘‍♂️ Managing pressure, health and performance at the highest level

One of the most powerful takeaways:

“Execution is everything… you don’t need to be the smartest person — you just need to do it.”

And another that hits just as hard:

“Take calculated risks.”

Because whether it’s business, investing, or life — playing it safe rarely gets you where you want to go.

This is the perfect way to close out Season 7.

A conversation for leaders, founders, investors — and anyone serious about building a life on their terms.

From corporate leadership to building aligned, purpose-driven businesses on her own terms.

The latest episode of Relentless: Life On Your Terms features a guest who embodies clarity, resilience and conscious entrepreneurship — Emmaline Parry.

Emmaline is the Director & Co-Founder of Mirrored Horizons and StayAligned — two ventures focused on helping individuals and organisations create alignment between who they are and how they operate.

Through her journey, Emmaline is:

🧠 Guiding leaders to align business strategy with personal values
🚀 Building businesses that prioritise clarity, purpose and sustainable growth
💡 Helping individuals unlock performance through mindset and self-awareness
⚖️ Challenging the traditional “hustle at all costs” approach to success

But what truly stands out is how she got here.

Her career began in the corporate world — gaining deep experience in leadership, structure and performance.

But along the way, she recognised something many professionals feel but struggle to articulate:

Success on paper doesn’t always equal fulfilment in reality.

That realisation became the catalyst for change.

What followed was a transition into entrepreneurship — not just to build businesses, but to build them differently.

With intention. With alignment. And with a clear understanding that long-term success comes from within, not just external outcomes.

In this episode, we explore:

🔥 The shift from corporate success to purpose-driven entrepreneurship
🧭 What “alignment” really means in business and life
💡 Why self-awareness is a competitive advantage
⚡ How to build a business that actually supports your life — not consumes it

This is a conversation for founders, leaders and anyone questioning whether the path they’re on truly reflects what they want.

The latest episode of Relentless: Life On Your Terms features a guest who embodies resilience, adaptability and entrepreneurial thinking — Heleena Alatsas.

Heleena is the driving force behind Bahari and the founder of Gringlish.co and Phlavour — three ventures built on passion, creativity and a deep understanding of people.

Through her journey, Heleena is:

🍽️ Building standout hospitality experiences in one of the world’s most competitive food cities

🚀 Scaling a catering business that’s become part of life’s biggest moments for clients

🧠 Applying marketing and business strategy across industries

⚡ Leading with adaptability — especially when it matters most

But what truly stands out is how it all started.

At just 14, she was already working in her family’s hospitality business — learning the ropes from the ground up.

By her early 20s, she was managing large-scale venues, juggling multiple jobs, and developing the ability to think on her feet, solve problems fast and stay calm under pressure.

No shortcuts. Just real experience.

What followed was a journey through marketing, working across major global brands — before taking the leap into building her own ventures.

And then came one of the toughest tests.

When COVID hit, the hospitality industry was brought to a standstill.

Within just 4 days, Heleena and her team completely pivoted their business model — transforming a dine-in restaurant into a fully operational takeaway and delivery business across multiple platforms.

No roadmap. No guarantees. Just execution.

In this episode, we explore:

🔥 The power of starting young and learning by doing

💡 Why adaptability is one of the most valuable business skills

🧭 How marketing and hospitality skills translate across industries

❤️ Building businesses that balance ambition with lifestyle

One of the most powerful takeaways:

“If you’ve got options, you’re okay. Stay calm, work through them — there’s always a solution.”

This is a conversation for founders, operators and anyone navigating uncertainty while building something meaningful.

The latest episode of Relentless: Life On Your Terms features a guest who embodies discipline, consistency and elite performance — Peter Panayiotou.
Peter’s journey started on the showroom floor at Toyota.

No shortcuts. No special treatment. Just a relentless commitment to mastering his craft.

Within just a few years, he became the #1 salesperson — not only in the UK, but across all of Europe.

So what separated him from everyone else? In this episode, we break it down:
🚗 The fundamentals of sales that actually drive results
❌ The strategies that most salespeople get wrong
🤝 Why a genuine, client-first approach will always outperform pressure tactics
🧠 How consistency beats talent when talent doesn’t execute

But the biggest lesson? Sales isn’t about convincing people. It’s about serving them. Understanding their needs. Acting in their best interest. Building trust that lasts beyond the transaction. That’s what creates not just results — but longevity.

This is a conversation for anyone in sales, business, or leadership who wants to perform at a higher level without compromising integrity.

The latest episode of Relentless: Life On Your Terms features a guest who embodies courage, conviction and modern leadership — Marianne Marchesi.

Through her work, Marianne is:

⚖️ Redefining the legal experience beyond billable hours
🤝 Building genuine, transparent client relationships
🧠 Leading with empathy while making strong business decisions
📈 Growing a business grounded in purpose and innovation

But what truly stands out is how it all started.

After nearly a decade in traditional legal practice, Marianne reached a breaking point — burnt out, anxious, and disillusioned with a system that prioritised time over trust.

So in 2017, she made a decision.
With just $5,000 and a desk in her spare bedroom, she started her own firm.
No guarantees. No safety net.
What happened next?
Within months, the business was growing.
Within three months, she hired her first team member.
By the end of the year, she had doubled her income.

In this episode, we explore:

🔥 The courage to walk away from a broken system
💡 Why trusting your gut instinct is a business superpower
🧭 Building confidence through execution, not theory
❤️ Creating impact through initiatives like The Giving Project

🎙️ What Leadership Really Looks Like Behind the Title

Watch the full episode on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJkuXaD7_0JPNzYKMuIaMeZxA-F16YgzN

This week on Relentless: Life On Your Terms, I’m joined by Aleyx Ward — host of the hit podcast Naked at the Top and a master at getting past titles to the truth underneath.

Aleyx brings a rare depth to conversations with CEOs and senior leaders, shaped by her background in investigative journalism. She doesn’t just interview people — she prepares, researches and listens in a way that allows real stories to surface.

Her process is meticulous.

From speaking with associates before interviews to understand her guests more deeply, to crafting questions that go beyond rehearsed answers — Aleyx creates conversations that are honest, human and impactful.

The name Naked at the Top says it all.

Because leadership can be lonely.

Being at the top is vulnerable.

And behind every impressive title is a real person navigating pressure, doubt and responsibility.

In this episode, we explore:

🎙️ How Aleyx runs a podcast at a world-class level

🕵️‍♀️ The investigative mindset behind better questions

🧠 Why preparation is the difference between good and great conversations

👔 Getting to the human behind the CEO title

🔥 Why vulnerability is a leadership strength, not a weakness

Karim’s work sits at the intersection of mindset, neuroscience and human behaviour. He helps people break through unconscious limits, reprogram self-belief and perform at levels they once thought were out of reach — not through motivation, but through deep internal alignment.
What makes Karim different is that this isn’t theory.

It’s practical, results-driven work used by CEOs, entrepreneurs, athletes and professionals under real pressure.

In this episode, we explore:
🧠 How the subconscious mind drives success (or sabotage)
🔓 Breaking patterns that logic alone can’t fix
🎯 Why mindset work fails when it stays surface-level
⚙️ Performance under pressure — in business and life
🔥 Creating lasting change, not temporary motivation

The latest episode of Relentless: Life On Your Terms features someone who brings a rare blend of sharp financial intelligence, battle-tested discipline, and real-world entrepreneurial insight — David Maher, Director of Right Brain Insights.

David founded Right Brain Insights back in 2012, building a powerhouse outsourced CFO service for independently owned trade, industrial, and manufacturing businesses. Something remarkable about David is the depth of experience behind his approach. Before launching RBI, he was:

💼 An economist & financial analyst in the property sector
🏦 A banker managing clients with over $100M in cash
🪖 A member of the Australian Army
🛥️ A deckhand on a superyacht
📊 A financial director in the advertising industry

It’s a career that doesn’t just tick boxes — it builds perspective.

In this episode, we dive into:
✨ Why business owners misunderstand their numbers
✨ The realities of cash flow, forecasting and financial discipline
✨ What trade and manufacturing founders really need to know to scale
✨ The mindset behind taking control of your finances instead of avoiding them
✨ Plus David’s own lessons from a career that’s taken him from the military… to banking… to entrepreneurship

If you’re a business owner — especially in trades, industrial or manufacturing — this episode is a must-listen. David’s clarity around financial performance is second to none, and the work his team at Right Brain Insights is doing is transforming Australian businesses from the inside out.

This one will change the way you look at your numbers — and your business.

Filmed in London, this one’s a special episode for me — featuring someone I’ve known since our high school days back in Cyprus

My guest is Andy Georgiou — one of the most experienced and successful futures traders in the business. With 20 years of trading across multiple asset classes, Andy has mastered the art of reading markets — leveraging macro insights, technical precision, and mental discipline to consistently perform at the highest level. 📈

But what truly sets Andy apart is balance.

We talk about:

🔥 What it really takes to survive and succeed in high-stakes trading

Glenvill Group has been at the forefront of Australian residential design for over five decades. Our journey began when founder Michael Warson built his first home in 1958. On the back of Warson’s skillfully planned, superbly functional homes, Glenvill Group’s reputation rapidly grew.

Glenvill also became the first homebuilder to incorporate custom design and construction under one roof, creating a new standard in Australia’s construction industry. By doing this, we have helped make exceptional, long-lasting homes affordable for many thousands of families, while also creating distinctive, customised residences for some of Melbourne’s most discerning families.
