But before everyone moves on to a new era of Star Wars, Nic and Josh have one thing they must do. One production they need to share with you all...
It has come to this. After over four years, it is time to say goodbye to The Clone Cast. Listen in as Nic and Josh read emails, act stupid, and discuss the two finales of Star Wars The Clone Wars. All in an episode that's almost 5 hours long!!!

Other highlights of the episode include: a discussion on what an entire planet of people who look like Nic would be like, Josh discovering who Eddie Rabbit is, an obscure Star Trek reference, and the unveiling of a brand-new fictional superhero known as "WaveStudio Man."

It has happened. On October 30th it was announced, along with news that Lucasfilm is being sold to Disney, that the long awaited and speculated about Star Wars sequel trilogy (Episode VII, Episode VIII, and Episode IX) is in fact happening, with the first of the three releasing in 2015.
To say this is significant in the world of entertainment in general and Star Wars in particular would be an understatement. Already the Internet is a buzz with questions, prognostications, diatribes, rants, and haikus about this new film series (as well as Lucasfilm being purchased by Disney, and George Lucas himself).
Wanting to bring some rationality, some positivity, and some fun to the proceedings, the guys at The Clone Cast convened an emergency Skype-recorded podcast episode. So listen in as Josh and Nic present a two-and-a-half hour long discussion and analysis of today's news.

Ok friends, it's crunch time. Season 5 premieres Saturday morning, and the other night Josh told me that I need to tell y'all the Clone Cast is ending. He was not kidding. It's not that he doesn't like y'all, or me, or Star Wars. He just doesn't think we have the time to get together and do a weekly show.
So, I need your help. In a non-manipulative, not guilt-inducing way, let's encourage Josh. We know schedules are tight. But even if it's a shorter show done via Skype, please find a way to keep The Clone Cast going. The world needs it. And hey, it looks like Season 5 might be worth it.
This will be Phase 1 of my plan. Stay tuned here for Phase 2.
