Today I am joined by Andrew Jones of Diversenomics. His startup company focuses on consultation and coaching for businesses to adopt diversity and inclusion within their organization. His approach is to focus on the economical aspects that surround the concepts of diversity and inclusion. In this interview I ask what diversity means to him, how he aligns or differs with the dictionary definitions, and how he applies it in business. We discuss a wide range of implications while exploring the capabilities that businesses may experience by bringing a more diverse and inclusive culture into organizations.
@godless_mom is a YouTuber, Podcaster, Twitter warrior, and blogger. She grew up atheist and offers interesting arguments from a minority perspective in a deeply religious world. Her unique perspective and witty personality challenges the believers of this world.
@skepticnikki is a social media warrior using multiple platforms to debunk religious claims. She has also worked on the activist side with coordinating conferences and meetups in her area. She grew up in a deeply religious family and grew out of religion 5 years ago.
Both of these internet celebrities have thousands of followers and rightly so. Join us with for a discussion from their unique perspectives on religion, female perspectives, and anything else that comes to mind.
In several defenses against the use of debate I have heard the claim that there are alternative forms of learning that debate doesn't solve. This is true. However, which is moore suitable to which topic. Is debate useful for discussions on evolution? Is lectures and testing approrpriate for philosophy? Which is best suited and is this more an argument against the weak points of ones own philosophy?
Multiple subject have been solidified to the point that they are indeed not up for debate. Mathematics is an easy and observable truth which shouldn't be debated because 2 + 2 will never equal 5. Biology has it's own undeniable truths. But in the futile attempt to get your own beliefs recognized some people attempt to say it is up for debate. This is where ideas rise or fall.
When people say Marxist, the images of the Orwell novel 1984 come to mind. But how does the marxist ideology affect us today? The reality is that Marxism today isn't about the have versus the have not's. It's now all about us versus them. It has co-oped and molded itself into our social sciences. It has infultrated all that we stand to learn about ourselves. It has changed the very nature of academia with a messed up version of self-destructive power dynamics.
In this episode I discuss the very nature of marxism. I introduce the concepts as it was written by Marx and the Frankfurt schools. I address how these concepts have decided to take over our sociology and psychology departments. They've even created their own departments with funded "research" which is disturbing on its own.
Comedy has moved to one off pieces of quick fix laughter. It's a collection of correlations where if one person does it, and it catches on, everyone does it. There's plenty of memes and people who use them. But what is meme culture really and how does it work? Is it the comedy of the future?
This episode I wanted to start off with something a bit lighter. We've had a rough couple of years and kicking things off with comedy seems the right way to start 2018. For those that don't have a clue, we'll be discussing meme's, how they work, what they achieve or acomplish, how those that don't like being made fun of label a meme in a darker light, and more. It's been said that comedy centers around being able to laugh at the reality around us. So how has the internet affected comic quick fix delivery?
In this podcast I'll probably offend a few people and irritate others. I'm going to be discussing the effects of depression. Depression is a mental affliction that is caused by a weakness of will. It's considered as a mental disorder in psychology for very good reason. Depression can end your life by your own hand. However, I don't considering in the same category as schizophrenia, bi-polar, or any number of mental issues that people seem to not be able to recover from. Depression has a trigger.
In this episode I'll be going over some of what we know about depression and go over my personal experience as well. It's quite possible that I'll have a box of tissues ready for this episode because once you have experienced depression it stays with you and you never want to look back.

The mission and vision of The Axiom Principle is to stop ignorance in every field and in every space. The modern world has no more room for ignorant thoughts, ignorant ideals, or ignorant people. We have at our disposal the means to wipe out our entire planet in a flash of light or in a slow decrepid death. It seems a daunting task but how does one fight against ignorance? What tools are available? What can be done to stop ignorance from flourishing and infecting our systems of education?
Social justice can be defined as a state or doctrine of egalitarianism. Another definition is the distribution of advantages and disadvantages within a society. Oxford dictionary defines social justice as Justice in terms of the distribution of wealth, opportunities, and privileges within a society. But with these definitions, what does that mean? What approach to social justice actually is beneficial to societies as a whole and humanity as a species?
In this podcast I analyse the terms and attempt correlate them with the actions of those who champion social justice. The term itself has a stigma from the actions of the champions. To know a thing we must know it's attributes. We walk through the actions of those that champion social justice and why they see it as an ultimate good.
How can you assault an idea? I think there might be a way where people percieve that an idea that they find valuable is attacked thus is attacking them. However, since when are ideas able to have feelings? The very concept is similar to the way every religion has controlled society for thousands of years. The religion is above cricitism because the value people put into the religion. If their values are challenged the individual translates this into a personal attack which makes it seem as though you can attack the idea.

From Ben Affleck to college professors and students, you see a defence of Islam in the frame of fear. Islamaphobia is the term used to describe anyone who dares criticize the Ideology which has been adopted by those seeking to defend their religion. It's interesting that this term even exists. Is there a Christianaphobia, Hindiphobia, or a Buddhistophobia? If there are no phobias of other religions then why is Islam adopting such a position? Perhaps it's because the religious texts are used in modern day political discourse to threaten and intimidate people into submission. The very definition of Islam is to surrender. They mean to surrender to Allah (God) but by which means must one surrender? And if people refuse to surrender, what then?

The war on free speech is happening across the globe but why? Why would someone attack a fundamental right which has created the great societies that we have today? People have been bullied over the subject of free speech because they profess deep outrage and hurt feelings while demanding silence of their detractors. New laws have been introduced that strip people of the right of speaking any way they choose. But the right to speak comes with it the right to listen. Just like the angry street preacher on the corner proselytizing to anyone that will listen, we can ignore the worst offender while criticizing them in the same breath. Let's weigh the pros and cons of free speech and determine if it is important or not.
Where do you get your morality from? Is it ancient tradition? perhaps from your parents and their religious beliefs? Or was your family atheist to begin with and you've had to develop morality on your own? The theist would have you believe that morality is a gift from their almighty god. However, morality has it's roots in science. Contrary to what theists might tell you, morality is a part of our very nature. We've been able to demonstrate this by analyzing other species and see the moral behaviors in their social groups as well. Building a scientific based morality is the only way to make sure we root our morals in reality.
The only argument one can give for veganism is a moral conundrum argument based on appeals to emotion. Vegan arguments tend to focus on the moral arguments of killing animals to gain sustinance for our species. Yet beyond this argument there is really little left to defend their position. It becomes a collection of moral granstanding and rhetoric which ends up being nothing more than "i'm better than you." Lets list out the arguments to becoming vegan, demonstrate why they are important, and demonstrate how it can also be unhealthy for certain individuals.
The feminist argument can be summed up in one phrase. My body, my choice. In the context of abortion, this isn't entirely true. To come to the conclusion of whether abortion is a moral choice or not we must start with something we could consider objectively true from a moral stance. The problem with that is, morality is entirely subjective. So how could there be any middle ground when facing a socially moral conundrum? I attempt to explore this issue and address it from a pure scientific perspective.

The political regressive left, the SJW's, the Feminists, and other social marxist beliefs have one central dogma to their beliefs. They believe that Equality means the equality of outcome. But is that actually attenable? In this podcast I go over the capabilities of equality of outcome. It's an ideological position that is impossible to attain. I'll compare it to other religions and the impossible goals all religions setup for the individual. Then we shall dive into the equality of opportunity we have built in our modern societies today.
There have been many definitions that have been abused or modified to suite a persons narrative. This is nothing more than a rationalization of their belief. This is a very common occurance yet not many people address the issue. What should we do when people redefine words to fit their view? Can we correct the redefining? There have been drastic changes on college campuses that have manifested into violence. From the violent fascists at UC Berkeley to the insane beration of what should be honored professors at Yale; The Ivy league has become the enemies of reason and thought. They have become a collective pool of indoctrination with manditory classes to complete their degree. Your children need tools to navigate the insanity that is the college campus because this infection is everywhere. So what tools will help you? Here's some suggestions from professors and Dr's on the subject.
With all the claims to truth we have today it's difficult to tell who is telling the truth and who isn't. We often see things we agree with but how could we know if what we believe is true. By what measure, what standard, could we use to determine if something is true. There's a few ways at our disposal. However, not many people know how to use them. In tonights episode I'll discuss three ways to determine if something is true and how to use them.
Whenever we attempt to discuss racism, slavery is always brought up. Whenever we bring up inequality of the sexes, womens sufferage is the counter argument. When we attempt to discuss opinions others don't share, people are labeled Nazi's, Fascists, or worse. These often ammount to name calling and dismission of the argument. But they aren't really an agrument against what is being said. So why bring it up? Tonight, I discuss why someone would want to leverage the worst of our past to describe our present.
Every ideology has dogma that they use to perpetuate the beliefs the group holds. It typically starts out as a word of mouth share between a social group but then manifests into holy writings which capture the essence of the ideology. The religions of old have multiple works which seem to always go back to a source doctrine.
The problem is that the new ideologies do not have a source doctrine yet. The christians delayed their bible by 100 years but that was due to a limitation in knowledge of reading and writing. The Muslims had their doctrine created in the lifetime of Muhammed which is largely a result of dictation where word of mouth became written knowledge.
Today, we have an ideology emerging from the rhetoric of PC culture. It seems to have all the same attributes as our older religions. However, they have no central doctrine written down and codified. What they do have is a collection of works which has a central theme.
Many a feminist has argued that the movement stands for equality. It may surprise you but they're right. The movement itself does stand for equality of the sexes. The problem is the vision of equality differs from the feminist to the non-feminist or anti-feminist if you prefer. This podcast will focus on the core of feminism. I'll touch the arguments but the arguments aren't the problem. They are symptoms of the root of feminism. In this episode I will address the arguments, I will address the core, and I'll attempt to view things in a feminist lens. It always helps to understand a thing if you can view it from their perspective.
Scholarship has relied on peer reviewed research since the inception of the scientific method. But when you are rejected from the realm of ideas what recourse do you have? There might be good reason you were rejected, then again, maybe not. What has happened today is those that have a flawed hypothesis move forward with creating their own "peer review" in an effort to legitimize the narrative they so desperately want to be true.
Today, we have new movement that has all but destroyed the purpose of peer review. They have created their own echo chambers in the area of academic persuits of knowledge. This episode will cover just how pervasive this phenominon has become and perhaps offer ways we can combat the polution of ideological thinking.
There is a theory which seems to be true based on analysis of political movements and attitudes that has been labelled a conspiracy. I wonder how accurate given the recent turn of events. Conspiracies sometimes have a grain of truth to them that lead people to believe in them. Similar to superstitions or religions, conspiracies are part belief, part faith, and part truth. Exploring cultural Marxism starts with a look into what Cultural Marxism is and how it has evolved. I dive into some research that confirms my suspicions that Cultural Marxism is the ideology driving us to ruin.
Over the past several weeks I have post references to findings I have found in readings regarding conversion to ideologies. There are three main reasons one converts to ideologies; Trauma, Loneliness, and Depression. In this podcast I will discuss the research I have read and compare it to our current ideologies. There are distinct parallels that you can derive from ancient religions and the new ones. Conversion from no belief, or other beliefs, is what brings up the numbers in any ideology. How they go about that is all in the approach those that lead the dogma use.
Free will, as the theist claims, is something given to us by a god. More to the point, the theist Abrahamic god. But does free will really exist? Scientific illiteracy is a major problem for all of western society. The focus on emotional response over rational thought destroys a person’s ability to reason while simultaneously embracing the bliss of ignorance. One of the constant debasements of the scientific method is when someone attempts to reverse the process.
In this next episode I address the major problems we face with our culture embracing ignorance while ignoring reality. This value of being blissfully unaware has some very harmful side effects that affect our very survival. Join me as we expore this issue and look for altermatives to solving the ignorance dillema.
Most people that contend with believers of the older religions understand why using the books of individual’s faith is absurd. In most cases, it is seen as a circular argument. A self-defeating point where the book tells them something is true and how do they know, because the book tells them so. However, there are things that you can leverage the holy book for. You can use the bible, for example, as evidence of thought during the time of its writing. You can even collect the potential personalities of the writer as their writing style comes through. Also, there are ways to dismantle the arguments presented by using the holy book as evidence for the argument.
There are several indicators that will demonstrate to someone if they have a victimhood belief or mentality. In this show I will go over those indicators in detail and focus on aspects that link behaviors to victim thought. In the case of ideologies, this victim mentality is used as a tool to align the group while out-grouping anyone that is perceived as the attacker or oppressor of the group assumed to be victimized. This episode will offer an analysis of the victim mentality and how it functions. There are two expressions of victim mentality which will be covered as well.
Expressing hatred or intolerance toward any social group is the core of hate speech. Hate speech is a subjective term that is used to call out attacks, threats, or insults a person or group. It can come in many forms but always focuses on several main indicators of speech that could classify what you say as hate speech. In the new religions of the world, this subjective phrase has been used as blasphemy was used in the older religions. Essentially, if your feelings are hurt, it’s hate speech. Therefore, you are wrong because it’s hate speech. This is further promoted by criticizing ideas is equal to criticizing the person presenting them.
Ideologies have evolved over the course of our human history into religious groups that push forth a very toxic and regressive view of humanity. The evolution of ideologies is what this episode is about. Identifying them helps in understanding them and ultimately finding the flaws that make them regressive. Once you understand where they came from you can understand where they want to go and determine for yourself if they are beneficial or harmful to our human society. It is far more important to understand the ideology and the thought behind it than to dismantle and attack it. As Sun Tzu said
