With the recent shootings of civilians by cops, recent shootings of cops by civilians, social unrest, gun sales through the roof, paranoia at an all time high, and the outright hatred of the current President, is the United States finally coming apart from within?
So many years ago, The South was looked as inferior to Hip Hop. When Atlanta, Miami, and Houston said FUCKIT the landscaped changed. Even though songs like Planet Rock from New York inspired The Booty Shake Craze in the South, there was a sound coming out of Houston. Then Atlanta. From M.C Shy D, to OUTKAST, from Luke to Trick Daddy, from Geto Boys to SUC. Now these dudes from Down South nowadays are looking like chicks, Is there a chance for real Hip Hop to return to the south?
