In this episode, we are in the studio with Mark Scuderi, RE/MAX Supreme Broker/ Owner.. Motto Mortgage Broker/Owner.. Coach and Welnsure Franchise Owner. Mark Scuderi is a highly motivated individual, a passionate trainer and mentor, perpetual student and a natural born leader.

While working full time as a police officer, Mark obtained his New Jersey Real Estate License, to make extra money for his family. A short time later, he purchased his first REMAX Franchise with the desire to build a successful Real Estate Brokerage. 

Fast forward 17 years, Mark is retired from Law Enforcement and is the proud owner of three RE/MAX Real Estate Franchises. He enjoys managing a team of dozens of sales associates, three administrative staff, and two managers.

Mark is one of the Founding Franchisee's of Motto Mortgage. He oversees three Loan Officers and Processing Staff, and recently purchased the 1st We Insure Franchise in New Jersey adding and Insurance Agency to his portfolio.

Mark owns a CrossFit Gym and is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. He enjoys training new Athletes to Challenge themselves and improve their overall health and fitness, which he considers to be a "Non Negotiable" on the path to success.

Mark was recently named a Business Rockstar by Franchise Business Review. He is a Private Pilot and plans to one day travel the world with his wife, Katie & 3 children.

With years of experience in the field, Lauren holds a Title Producers License, has her Real Estate Broker's License and is certified in AutoCAD. She is a member of the Continental Who’s Who, The National Association of Professional Women, and is active in numerous local organizations. Lauren attended Mercer County College/Ocean County College (NJ) and Post University (Waterbury, CT) in the field of International Marketing. She is a member of the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association and has been Race Course Management Certified; she is also a member of the Toms River and Island Heights Yacht Clubs. Active in the community, Lauren sits on the Board for both The Salvation Army, The Sailing Foundation of Barnegat Bayand and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
