God put something on my heart and I tried to deny it for months but it always came back, So I decided, hey -- I want PEACE so I am going to do it. So here I am, Bible Convos is a podcast that will hopefully provoke a conversation about Jesus.
A convo (with a focus on Noah’s faith) about whether I’m really a realist or I’m just lacking faith.
Regardless of what you’ve done or how far you’ve strayed from God, he’s just waiting for you to come home so he can embrace you (like he did with the prodigal son)
Sometimes I feel like I just need certain bible verses to lift up my spirit and put me in a better mood. To give me hope. So I’m sharing some bible verses that have resonated with me.
Numbers 11:18-23. The story of the Israelites complaining after God had brought them out of Egypt and into the wilderness.
Hey guys. So this is the start of a new segment called “Straight Facts”. The aim of this segment is to be unapologetic about what the bible says and share it as it is. Today’s focus is on John 20:27. I know I talked about it differently to “TMNC” but it’s all under the same podcast.
Peter walked on water in the bible.... something that seemed impossible was made possible by Jesus.
You know that place in the bible that talks about God spitting you out if you’re lukewarm? — 𝚢𝚎𝚊𝚑, 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝! 𝚃𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚒𝚜 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚘𝚍𝚊𝚢!!
So we are starting a new series called ‘By Faith’. The focus would be on Hebrews 11 and we are going to discuss all the people who lived by Faith and how their lives turned out.
Surrendering to Christ means foregoing our fleshly desires; thereby making room for him to reside and live through us. This sounds scary and hard -- but all great things in life are. So take the leap so that your future self will thank you. Take the leap so that your present self will tell you. Take the leap and your life will never look the same again -- it would be BRIGHTER!!!--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/the-much-needed-conversation/message
When you're free-falling out of an aeroplane, you have only two options. Crash or Land Safely. To land safely, you need to pull your parachute. The Holy Spirit is our parachute. We just need to pull and hold onto him to land safely. He'll guide us through the air and keep us from crashing.--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/the-much-needed-conversation/message
When something breaks, only the manufacturer will know the exact thing that needs fixing as they know all the corners and small areas that need tweaking. God is our creator so why don't we go to him for our own restoration? Not just to be returned to our former glory but to be in a better position than we were in, in the first place.--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/the-much-needed-conversation/message
