Sometimes we ask ourselves, What an earth am I doing with my life. If we are not, Then we should!

How do you want to look back at your life?

I tell a little about my story, and why it took me so long to do a podcast, how I dealt with the noise around me.

Hope this helps...

Just a short thought podcast on the word Man Up

Let us share a few sayings with you;

"Life has it way of throwing a spanner in the works. How we deal with that, determines the end outcome"

“One thing you can't hide - is when you're crippled inside.”

John Lennon

“One ought to hold on to one's heart; for if one lets it go, one soon loses control of the head too.”

Friedrich Nietzsche

These are some of the sayings that have affected the psyche of men over the ages. Good or bad, call it the status quo of what it is to be the quintessential man figure..

In today's episode Saleha Islam and Adam Nazar-Bhandari discuss Why men find it difficult to talk about their emotion, and do men in general have a low EQ/emotional intelligence, The academic and hypothetical views. They discuss their experiences, and why facing furlough and redundancy for some people is not really the end of the world.

Lastly it all kicks off towards the end as Adam gets attacked by his microphone spit guard, and then later realises he has no excuse to miss a prayer considering he has 5 phones with Alarms all going off at the same time. (Our apologies in advance for the alarms)

We hope you enjoy the episode and find enlightenment in our words, not so much the comedy in Adam's predicaments.
