The 5/10 Project: Recent Episodes

Reginald McDaniel Jr.

What if I told you it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to change your life? Seems to good to be true?

Each week on the 5/10 (5 to 10) Project, I will take you a journey down the Internet rabbit hole and provide you with resources, tips, and the support you need to get you on the path to achieving those ambitions.

With the 5 /10 Project, you will learn that any of us can achieve and learn anything we put our minds to, we just need somewhere to start.

My FIRST Episode - Follow me as we take 10 minutes to discover how to start that podcast you have always wanted to start.

I am your host Reginald LaRue and  I created this show as a resource for anyone needs some encouragement to move on their dreams especially during this season of Quarantine.  For those who aren't familiar with the format of the show, each week we'll take roughly 5 to 10 minutes to research and discuss what the Internet has to teach us about learning how to become a (blank) or the episode will be an interview with a Doer or a person that is actively doing, learning or practicing their craft. Each topic will be submitted by listeners like you via social media (instagram: @mentalsyn or @laruemedia or by emailing me at reginaldlarue@gmail.com.  Now I am certainly not an expert on each topic, but I do want to let my listeners know what possibilities are out there and I'm interested in trying as much as possible. So I'm learning on this journey with you.
