In this episode Duane is joined by moderator Debby who is literally “in the house” for this extended two hour show. The first caller of the show talks about how they were setup with their marriage and how difficult it has been. We then discuss the difficulties of holding a toxic ex who uses false allegations accountable. We then have a caller who shares his story of how he didn’t follow his attorney’s advice and avoided a potentially dangerous and/or damaging situation. We then have a caller who is two weeks in dealing with his wife levying allegations against him and his mother. A return call shares his heartwarming story of his first time with his son without the toxic control of his ex! Another caller shares his story of false allegations of abuse against his two kids and how he is proceeding after CPS cleared the charges. Then another caller talks about being careful to not make mistakes when false allegations are being reported. Duane then tackles a question of a mom who wants to move out of state with their children and how to proceed. We have another uplifting story of a father who has finally been able to see his adult autistic son after over a year. Finally we discuss why the burden of proof is always on the accused and why that is.
