Dr. Natalie Stavas was approaching the finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon, her fifth Boston Marathon, when explosions rang through the city. Instead of running the other direction, Natalie instinctively ran toward the ravaged streets and was instrumental in helping those wounded. She was recognized by President Obama for her bravery and named 2013 Bostonian of the year by the Boston Globe. Natalie was a keynote speaker at our recent DHG Leadership Conference in Charleston, S.C., and she joins us for this inspiring conversation about courage.
