Self-assessments are essential. How do you know what areas need improvement if you don't assess?

A healthy relationship in certain areas can manifest a loving relationship with self. What is your relationship with the following?

Relationship with God

Relationship with Self

Relationship with Emotions

Relationship with Temple (Body well-being)

Relationship with Finance

Relationship with your community

On today's episode, rate these areas 0-5. Why do you believe that you are there? What can you do to improve? If you would like to improve your relationship with any of those areas, ask me how?

My brother experience in fatherhood and willingness to speak enlightened me. It made me realize that some men are willing to speak about their emotions when asked. It also made me realize that maybe I was condition to the same biases that world have on our Black men and I have to undress it

Hey Guys! We are continuing tales from motherhood. In this weeks episode, I had the chance to speak with My amazing Manager/ Big Sis from my previous job Lynne and my previous co-worker Jasmine. After having my firstborn, I was diagnoses with postpartum depression and anxiety. I did not pick up on the symptoms. However, they were the ones who saw the signs and guided me to assess myself and get the help I needed to cope and heal. After listening to their stories, I see they saw themselves through me.  I can't help but notice that we are all connected.

Sometimes changes behaviors are signs of something deeper. Remember to care enough to ask if your friends or loved ones are okay. We are all connected.
