As one reads this passage on the mourning and fear of kings and merchants, it quickly becomes apparent that there are repercussions for those complicit in evil. Are we willing to compromise our beliefs and moral standards in order to gain economic benefits- Is our own country in a similar position to the Babylon -Rome- of the Bible- Judgment is coming - where will we be standing when judgment comes on the capitals of depravity-
