The LORD will do it- That is, He will accomplish His purpose His way in His timing even if we don't like His way or timing. The people of Judah certainly would not understand why God would have a pagan ruler like Cyrus be an instrument in their restoration to Jerusalem and more but it was all done so that the world may know Who God is-
