Joel concludes his prophecy with encouragement for God's people. Justice will come but so will God's mercy for His people. He Himself will be a refuge and provide the life-giving fountain of salvation even as he avenges the shedding of innocent blood upon the enemies of His Kingdom. Run to the Judge-
