The Utah Legislature has spoken… During the very short Special Session, they approved Governor Cox’s resolution to extend the state of emergency. They also voted to allocate $40 million to pay for excess snow removal costs and other flooding emergencies. House Speaker Brad Wilson joins the show to discuss whether there is support on this emergency declaration for flooding.
