A bill that could save enough water to fill reservoirs.. has passed the senate. The bill that would require secondary water meters passed 22 to 3.Senator Mike Mckell stated this could save enough water to fill up deer Creek or Jordanelle reservoirs. Some changes have come into play to allow exemptions.
