In Utah, there's some stigma to drinking... Only 17% of students 18 and under have tried alcohol. Less than a third of the national average. There's a social aspect that happens with drinking.. and it starts in junior high/high school.  Kim Hawkes Former DARE Officer and Former North Park Police Chief and currently Utah State DARE Training Facilitator joins the conversation to talk about peer pressure.
