“If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.”
If you're stuck waking up to the sight of a big belly, miles of step-after-step on a treadmill, and the same cold, flavorless meals, you might have to take a closer look at what you're doing.
With everyone bright-eyed and excited about hugging themselves in the warmth of self-love, it can be hard to take a cold, hard look at yourself and habits to see if you're actually doing the right thing.
Building a foundation of good behaviors to shrink your waist, or get the number on the scale to go down is hard enough.
Flailing your arms around with your eyes closed, completely blind to the details can make it even more of a challenge!
Pay attention!
Sure, you probably rolled your eyes to the back of your head at 100 miles per hour when I said that.
I mean, you already read the backs of food labels when you buy your low calorie snacks.
... and you probably know the whole menu at your local juice place, like the back of your hand.
That said, you might not be paying attention to just how much you're stuffing down your throat.
Whatever your situation, it pays to put your focus and plant your eyeballs firmly on how much you'd like to weigh, how much you should eat to get there, how long it's going to take, and even your own level of focus.
